We are Located in the heart of the stunning Cheshire countryside,
We provide year-round and evening lessons, as well as a popular river ride that allows riders to enjoy the beauty of our 123-acre property and the meandering River Dane in a peaceful setting.

Our school offers group and private lessons for both adults and children, regardless of their level of experience. Children as young as 2 years old can participate, with a maximum weight limit of 12 Stone for our horses.

😍What can we offer? 😍

For a memorable holiday activity, consider enrolling your children in one of our "own your pony" days or weeks. During their time with us, they will have the opportunity to care for their own pony, from feeding and grooming to a rewarding lesson, creating lasting memories.

Lessons are 30 minutes long and are held in either our indoor arena or outdoor menage. We offer private lessons for individualized attention, semi-private lessons for groups of friends or family, and group lessons for a shared riding experience with riders of similar abilities.

As our yard becomes increasingly busy, we are excited to invite more helpers to join us in supporting our operations. If you or someone you know, aged 12 or above, is interested in volunteering, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

We are currently seeking helpers to assist on:
😍Weekday evenings from 4:30pm to 7:30pm,
😍Weekends 9am - 5pm,
here at Higher Farm Riding School.

Previous experience and current rider status at Higher Farm are required.
