As Christmas approaches, I wanted to take a moment to extend my warmest wishes to all of my amazing customers & puppers. Merry Christmas from Ceilz & Tailz 🎅🎄!

This year has been incredibly special and challenging, especially with my maternity leave. Your unwavering support, understanding, and loyalty have been invaluable. I truly could not have done it without each and every one of you✨

Sadly - it’s another week of us finding we are awaiting a high number of payments for walks we have already provided.

Please keep in mind that in normal circumstances of you paying for your weekly food shop, clothing, utilities, mortgages etc - they are paid at the time and on time. It’s very disheartening that just because we are a “small business”, we aren’t given the same level of courtesy.

As much as we LOVE what we do & are so fortunate to be in a position of enjoying our working week ; having to repeatedly chase people for payment for a service we have already provided (and given additional time for payment to be made), is a really sad negative.

Going forward, if payment for walks are not sent over within the timeframe of our T&Cs, unfortunately the dogs space will be suspended until all payments are up to date. This may mean they aren’t in the diary for forthcoming week.

This is not a position we like to be put in because our heart lies with the welfare of dogs who need us to take them out ; for comfort breaks as well as the stimulation and enjoyment of a walk with their friends.
