‼️‼️IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION PLEASE READ.‼️‼️

I have now been back up and running for two weeks and my weekends are filling up extremely fast. over the last two weekends, I have had people turn up late, not show up at all or cancel within an hour before the appointment start time therefore I am updating my policies when it comes to bookings, cancellations, no shows & late.

I am one person self employed if my clients don’t show up I don’t get paid. This is not a “hobby” it’s my livelihood and how I feed my family, cover household bills and cover my working bills. If you’re employed and show up to work to be told you won’t be paid through no fault of your own you wouldn’t be happy either.

I completely understand that things happen and some appointments need to be changed and I will 100% consider this however the excuses I am receiving for these no-shows, lateness and cancelling appointments are becoming embarrassing and completely disrespectful to my time and business.

I absolutely love my job and really didn’t want to have to do this as I have so many great loyal clients however I simply can not afford to carry on like this I hope you can understand 🥰🐶

THE DOGMOTHER IS OFFICIALLY ONE YEAR OLD TODAY 🥰🥳🎉

12 months of blood, sweat, tears, laughs and a hell of a lot of smooching pooches!! Stopping working for companies and stating something I loved was the best decision I ever made!! I can’t believe how much I've been able to achieve in just 12 months! This hasn’t been an easy ride at all I had so many setbacks, falls and rethinking but every single step has been worth it! A massive thank you to my amazing partner and family for helping every step of the way and always believing in my crazy dream!

And an even bigger thank you to all my beautiful returning customers! If it wasn’t for you guys I wouldn’t still be here doing what I love 🥰🥹🛁

I would like to say a massive thank you to all my amazing clients!

The response I have had from customers about the Morley move has been absolutely amazing!! I spent days in tears thinking I would need to start from scratch and that I had lost the business I’d worked so hard for. But honestly in shock at the amount of customers who have moved with me with my first few weeks nearly full already 😭 thank you so much to all my wonderful customers for helping me with this journey!

The last couple of weeks have been so hard for me there have been a lot of tears and setbacks but I honestly can’t wait to get back to work this weekend and be reunited with my beautiful clients! 🐶🫧🛁

MY DIARY IS BACK OPEN BABBBBYYY!!!🐶🛁🫧

As of July 27th I will be joining the lovely ladies down at The Barking Lounge Morley. This will be on a part time basis and my new working days/hours will be: Saturday 9:00-16:00 Sunday 10:00 - 16:00 Monday 09:00-18:00 Tuesday 09:00-18:00

A lot of my appointments will still be on. 1:1 basis so please don’t worry! I do understand the 8 mile difference in location can be abit of a headache however, this premises has parking and only a short walk into Morley town centre or couple of minutes drive to the white rose so loads to do well you’re waiting for your pooches! However I will not be offended if this is too far away and you have to find an alternative groomer 🥰

As any of my customers know I make such an effort to create a loving, fun & happy bond with all my doggos. I spent so much time loving on them and trying my best to make them feel safe & happy. No one prepared me for losing them & how much heartache I would feel when the time comes.

Diego my little pudding you were so loving, affectionate, and playful! You were such a good boy for your grooms! This world is so cruel. I would like to thank your parents so much for picking me as your groomer and bringing so much joy into my salon. I am so grateful I got the chance to meet you and grown a lovely little bond!

Oh, this is definitely where she belongs 🥰 Vera is my soul dog & is here to stay. In a world full of negativity, evil & hate she wakes up every day happy! She loves everyone and everything. She doesn’t judge people based on appearance she just wants to love and be loved. The perfect example of how this type of dog is when brought up around love. It breaks my heart a little more every time someone crosses the street, pulls their child away from her or picks their dog up when we walk past. Be kind, ask questions & educate others and yourself. Not all muzzled dogs are aggressive or dangerous 🥰
