We have been hit hard by storm Claudia. Our businesss insurance has decided not to help. We have lost thousands of pounds in stock with us having to clean or replace our assets in the shop. We are a family run pet shop who is in the heart of Monmouth, Wales. We have alot of customers who know us for our knowledge and care for not just the pets in our care at the shop but all the visiting pets who come in. Even if its for a fuss or if they need help we have been there for the past 13/14 years and we are not finished yet. We have stood by so many people with their pets. We need our beloved customers, community and anyone who reads this to stand by us now and if you could donate anything at all to help us keep going... thank you 🐾

We have just found out our insurance will not pay out 😣 Apparently when the company we are with now bought out our old insurance provider and was meant to provide a like for like policy they didn’t. Any help would be appreciated to ensure the shops survival and to make sure our staff are secure ❤️

We will be opening grooming from tomorrow as it is safe to access upstairs and we can serve, but we are missing a lot of stock and still have things to do so please be careful in store 🐾
