If your horse suffers from sweet itch, now is the time to act! We have a vaccine available for the prevention of sweet itch, which should be administered ahead of the season (ideally February and March) to be the most effective.

Your horse requires two injections, two weeks apart 💉

Strangles is a bacterial infection which affects the respiratory tract of horses. It causes huge issues as it is so infectious, but there is now a vaccination available!

Meet our new equine vet, Tiger 🐴

Tiger grew up in Yorkshire and headed up north to join Robson and Prescott after graduating from the University of Edinburgh in 2024.

He currently works as a mixed animal vet with a keen interest in equine and exotics. In his spare time, he enjoys playing rugby for Morpeth, walking and fishing.

Meet our new equine vet, Becky 🐴

Becky moved to the North East from Reading in 2024 to start her first job at Robson and Prescott after graduating from the University of Nottingham. She has a keen interest in small animal and equine medicine, with a particular love for rescue pets and behaviour training.

When not working, Becky loves reading, watching murder mystery's and playing netball!
