❗Business Info❗

Rudeness will not be tolerated any longer.
We all have a choice where to go and what to do. For too long now we have all tolerated SOME rude people, some bordering on bullying behavior.

We all have other things going on in our lives, however here at Beautipets I can honestly say we leave our troubles at the back door and treat our fur friends and their owners with kindness and respect, even although we may not have it returned to us.

Even the dogs, who try to bite us, scratch us and cause us physical injuries, we always think about how we can inform their owners without causing them any embarrassment or ill feelings.

If a dog needs to be shaved off due to matting, we will always try and see if we can save any of the coat, be it face/tail. Shaving off a dog does not show our best work, therefore its not in our best interest to just shave a coat off.

We do keep sections of matted coats and take pictures of said also incase we were ever doubted about the coat condition.

However of late, the most upsetting for us has been the way we have been spoken to in relation to our new booking system going online and capturing card details.

I quote just a few comments of late:

(How dare you not trust me to attend my appointment)
(I don't trust you having my card details, you could share them with anyone)
(If I cant book as I have always done, I will be off to somewhere new, SIMPLY)

So, please let me be clear. RUDENESS will no longer be tolerated.
I have informed all groomers if they are ever made feel uncomfortable by a client and no longer want to deal with this client to refuse bookings.

All that is required by yourselves is to treat us with the respect we always treat you and your fur babies with. If this cant be done, then its maybe time to find a new groomer.

An example of such is that Bichon Frise full groom will now be £48. Lhasa Apso full groom will be £45. If you need any pricing info for your fur baby please drop us a wee message.

This is not your dog's fault. It's yours for not cleaning it up.

❗BUISNESS UPDATE ❗
We are moving ahead with technology. so what does this mean for our amazing clients.
Our booking system is Fresha, from here on in you will be able to make, reschedule or cancel your babies appointments online.
You may get a text/email asking you to add the details of your bank or credit card. This is to secure your current or future bookings.

You MUST confirm your appointment, or this may be cancelled.

Please note that NO MONEY will be taken from you account, unless you DON'T SHOW UP for your appointment.

Not only will this assist us as a small business, in reducing people who don't show up for their appointments, it will also reduce the amount of wasted appointments, allowing you more flexibility.

To log in, simply download the Fresha app, and log in with your email that you have given us, then select forgotten password. This will allow you to create your own private password.

We know the majority of our clients will understand the reason for this change, as we can no longer sustain people making appointments then not showing up. leaving us out of pocket.
Since we starting back on 6th Jan to 25th Jan, we have lost £383 in missed appointments. Can you imagine being this amount of money short in your January wage......

To confirm again, you will only ever be charged from your card if you cancel with less than 24HR CANCELLATION PERIOD. This charge would be 50% of the appointment cost.
The other charge that would be taken is if you FAIL TO ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.

If you have an appointment for tomorrow. You will have been contacted to reschedule or confirm attendance....
As a result of this, we will only be open until mid day.
Our phone line is still down. Gives callers ringing tone, however not connecting through to us. Strangely we can send and receive texts.

Can we just double check that all clients who normally do block bookings are now booked in up to June and have received notification of dates and times.
