⭐️Update⭐️

- Drop off day has always been charged in full regardless of time. Although collection day wasn’t charged if you collected your dog before 9am.
This is changing.
Collection day WILL be charged regardless of collection time.
This is due to;
1; Clients are not letting me know when they are collecting their dogs on booking, prior to their dogs stay. Making invoicing extremely hard. And payments are being taken wrong.
2; Cleints arrange that they are coming before 9am to collect their dogs then turn up at 10/11am.

- A day stay is a day. Not over night until early the next morning.
So when booking your dog in for “day boarding”. Day boarding is classed and charged from 7am-7pm. Anything passed 7pm is classed as an over night stay. Resulting in it being 2 days.

-Drop off times and collection times MUST be booked on the time of booking.

Please can clients with bookings already in the diary message me with their drop off and collection times.

I am only a small kennels and when clients at booking say that they will collect their dogs in the morning. But then when they drop their dog off for their stay, they say they will collect their dog at 4pm. It makes it extremely difficult to manage my diary and kennel space.

Please can I remind you all that drop off and collection times must be adhered to.

Drop off/collection windows;
Monday- Friday 7-9am & 5-7pm
Saturdays; 7-9am & 5-6pm
Sundays and bank holidays 8-9am Only.

Please can you also take into consideration delays when flying. I’ve had it a lot recently where for example the client is supposed to land at 5am and they say they would like to collect their dogs at 8.30am. Then flights have been delayed, and then collection time becomes an afternoon collection. Please leave adequate time when you are planning your dogs stay to allow for potential delays. I know these delays are not your fault but sadly they do happen more and more now.

Just a handful of the amazing dogs that have come in for training/boarding this year. Sorry if I’ve missed anyone out🤦🏼‍♀️ it doesn’t mean I love them any less 😂 this took me far to long to do as it is 😂

The dogs have all been out for a 20 min toilet walk and a 30 min walk down the meadows this morning already before the heat kicks in again. Max is the last one to go out for a walk 🥰

Rupert came for a training session last week being super reactive out of fear. His owners have been working really hard this week and this is the results so far! No muzzle, no halti and harness. And not reacting to the dogs in the distance 🥰 A great start to his training 🥰
