Job vacancy for a retail assistant at the Sweet stall situated in Neath General market. 14 hours (Fridays and Saturdays 9am-4pm). Minimum wage. Looking for a responisble and confident person who can work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work independently. Experience with lottery machine is desirable but full training will be provided. Person must be 18 or over in order to comply with some duties within the role. Happy St David’s Day! 💛

To celebrate Wales’s national day, we spoke to Ann Joseph from Neath Market.

Ann has been in Neath Market for over 45 years, proudly selling all things Welsh.

“I’m excited to celebrate our special heritage this St David’s Day.

I’m so proud of my heritage and look forward to seeing children and adults alike celebrating this special day.

I love seeing the children dress in traditional costume, I just think it’s a wonderful day for everyone in Wales.”

Ann is located at Stall 3, ‘A E Joseph’, of Neath Market.
