I know I said I was having an Alva break but had to share this with you all.

On Tuesday I had a lapraoscopy operation to remove a load of endometriosis. When they do this procedure they fill you with gas like a balloon which can lead to pain in the shoulder.

Last night I was struggling big time with the shoulder pain (as if my stomach pain wasn't enough to deal with 🙄).

Anyway I went to find my Draig Balm. I got hubby to rub a little Draig on my shoulder. I waited for the heat and my goodness how nice did that feel!! It gave me enough pain relief to actually get some sleep.

Over the last few days I have been pumped full of drugs so it was a nice alternative to use something natural.

This is something I will have on stand by for my endometriosis flare ups!
