Update....Does anyone know who this dog belongs to? He’s got no collar on. He won’t let me pick him up to bring him home.
He’s on Fernbank Drive in Netherton L30
A lot of people were with him when I left. I went back about an hour later and they and the dog had all gone. Hopefully they found his owner and he’s back home safe
