🥰🐖🐾Pig update!

She came home from surgery yesterday evening and is still very woozy from the anaesthesia

She’s on strict crate rest for the next 6-8 weeks until she has another X-ray to see how the bone and everything is healing inside, her stitches will come out in 2 weeks and hopefully the bruising and swelling will have dropped.

The vets and nurses assured me she was a very good girl during her stay and she didn’t try to eat anyone 🙈😅

It’s going to be a long road to recovery with lots of rest, pain management and therapy in the future…but she’s worth every penny!
