❌ Cancellation Notice: ❌
PLEASE, if you know you cannot make your appointment, wish to cancel or re-arrange, please let me know as soon as possible. There will be a cancellation fee of the following:
- 50% if cancellations are made within 48 hours of your appointment
- 100% within 24 hours including no shows/cancellations on the day.

This must be paid before any future appointments are made or honoured. As a small business, I cannot stress this enough that this is my WHOLE income to support myself, business and my home, I am in the struggling times just like you and the missed appointments soon begin to cause a worry for the bills. A massive thank you to everyone who offers to pay without me having the ask, it’s never an easy message to send.

appointments please message me. *At least 2
appointments ahead* would be beneficial. Clients that
can only do specific days/times or on a 4-5 week
schedule, it would be beneficial for you to be 3
appointments ahead.

🪮Brushing🪮
Please brush your dog for your dogs sake. Not mine, not yours, just your dogs. Brushing your dog between grooms to maintain their coat is essential caring for your dog. Imagine having matts in your hair, pulling at your skin while you try and sleep and in some cases even cutting off the blood circulation to the area. Please brush your dogs. If your dogs is matted then i will happily cut/shave the matts out as necessary but this should be prevented by brushing regularly at home. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO CUT THE MATTS OUT AT HOME, THIS IS TOO DANGEROUS AND CAN SERIOUSLY HURT THE DOG

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a beautiful Christmas and new years 🍾 I’ll be back on messages and arranging this years diary this week and I’m keen to get everyone booked in 2 appointments ahead so I can assess if I can take on new clients or not.

So PLEASE message me if you do not have two appointments booked! (If you are on a 4-5 week schedule then you need 3 at least, also if you can only do set days/times, let’s do 3 too to secure your slot.)

2024 over and ouuuut! Tools are down and a glass of red is poured 🫶🏽

What a year. As always, I will forever be grateful for all of you supporting me and my little business. Me and Toby are extremely lucky to know such lovely people and spend our days hanging out with the best pooches 🥰

A huge huge thank you for all our cards, tips and gifts, you are all truly so wonderful and kind, Toby has also been spoilt which absolutely melts my heart beyond belief that you guys think of him too, thank you 😩🥰

Some exciting news!

We are excited to say that we are getting the windows and signage replaced at the salon 🥳 The unexciting news is that they are due to be replaced during the Christmas carnage (weather permitting)🥲 Unfortunately this means that I need to reschedule all dogs from 3rd- 6th December. I will be messaging all clients this weekend but wanted to share this exciting news with you all😁

If anyone would like to go on the Christmas cancellation list then please me drop me a message directly ☺️

The Christmas cancellation list is simply a list of clients that would like to be messaged and offered any free appointments that come available throughout the Christmas period. This could be full grooms, baths and dry, nails or teeth cleans.

As always, I am in this cost of living crisis with you all. A business name has someone behind it, relying on it to surrive this carnage. This is my whole income to support myself and my home. Cancellations add up, money is missed and the bills still need paying. I am doing my absolute best to keep prices down as low as I can, so please work with me, as I am trying to you. Thank you to everyone who does their absolute best to avoid cancellations and offers to pay when necessary. Hopefully this list will help avoid fees if I can fill the slot.

Please do not buy. Throw them away if your dog gets one as a gift. Giving rawhide to a dog is never a good idea.

Many of these so called treats end up with the dog “enjoying” some time in a veterinary surgery over Christmas. The vast majority of these rawhide products and treats come from China.

The chews are made from cattle or horse hides and their journey starts with the hides being soaked in a toxic sodium sulfide to remove the hair and fat. More chemicals are used in order to split the hide into layers which is then washed with hydrogen peroxide to give the white “pure” look and remove the rancid smell.

Now comes the pretty festive colors and the glue to form cute shapes. On testing, these chews have shown traces of arsenic, mercury, chromium and formaldehyde.

If that wasn’t bad enough, they regularly cause intestinal blockages, poisoning from chemical residue and choking. The chews go slippery when wet and are near impossible to get hold of to save a choking dog.
