🐶 The Fur Dressers Christmas time updates 🐶 please read!

❌ Cancellation Notice: ❌
PLEASE, if you know you cannot make your appointment, wish to cancel or re-arrange, please let me know as soon as possible. There will be a cancellation fee of the following:
- 50% if cancellations are made within 48 hours of your appointment
- 100% within 24 hours including no shows/cancellations on the day.
This must be paid before any future appointments are made or honoured. As a small business, I cannot stress this enough that this is my WHOLE income to support myself, business and my home, I am in the struggling times just like you and the missed appointments soon begin to cause a worry for the bills. A massive thank you to everyone who offers to pay without me having the ask, it’s never an easy message to send.
🗓️Block booking:🗓️ If you are a current client at The Fur Dressers and wish to block book your future appointments please message me. *At least 2 appointments ahead* would be beneficial. Clients that can only do specific days/times or on a 4-5 week schedule, it would be beneficial for you to be 3 appointments ahead.
🪮Brushing🪮
Please brush your dog for your dogs sake. Not mine, not yours, just your dogs. Matting on dogs is getting more frequent then it should be. Brushing your dog between grooms to maintain their coat is essential caring for your dog. Imagine having matts in your hair, pulling at your skin while you try and sleep and in some cases even cutting off the circulation to the area. Please brush your dogs. If your dogs is matted then i will happily cut/shave the matts out as necessary but this should be prevented by brushing regularly at home. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO CUT THE MATTS OUT AT HOME, THIS IS TOO DANGEROUS AND CAN SERIOUSLY HURT THE DOG
(Please don’t just brush out matts the day before your appointment, that defeats the purpose of keeping your dog comfortable between grooms and is also not kind to the dog if they are matted, it hurts them and pulls their skin)

The next couple of months get incredibly stressfull for me, please please help by being on time to your appointment, paying upon collection and giving me as much notice as possible for appointments needing moving/changing etc.
