Welcome to the page for Megan’s Ark!
I offer dog walking and pet & equestrian services in Wickhambrook, stradishall, Cowlinge and all surrounding villages.
My very trusty Ark is ‘Poppy’, my landrover discovery, who has proven herself to be a valued team member with all the extreme weather we have been having this winter.
From cats to dogs, rabbits to guinea pigs, mice to rats, horses to alpacas, chickens to sheep and all the other wonderful animals in between, I look after them all as if they were my own.
Having grown up with a large array of pets, horses and ponies and now having my own ‘zoo’ at home, animals are my passion in life.
Large dogs, small dogs - I am used to them all and take pride in giving your dog a proper walk not just taking them up the park and throwing a ball around, unless of course that’s what your dog wants.
I have a real soft spot for rabbits and am very experienced with all aspects of their care and veterinary needs.
I have previously been a fosterer for both the RSPCA and cats protection and also been a volunteer and fosterer for my local wildlife and hedgehog hospital.
I did my work experience with Mary King, done many seasons in hunt service in a variety of roles including groom, kennels, second horse and whipping in and also worked at one of the best showing yards in the country. I am meticulous with my yard work and take pride in turning out to the highest of standards.
