I try to keep my prices competitive but increases in absolutely everything forces this £2 increase

I’ve even booked Friday & Saturday this week to fit people in but the amount of no shows I’ve had this week has been disgusting . I could have used the slots instead of working Saturday !

FROM JANUARY 2025 ANY NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL BEFORE YOU ARE ABLE TO REBOOK WITH ME

ANY CANCELLATIONS NOT GIVING AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED A £20 LATE CANCELLATION FEE BEFORE REBOOKING WITH ME

p.s Groomer hopping is fine for the humans but your dogs definitely do not appreciate it ….. positive re enforcement in the same salon with the same person makes the experience so much more enjoyable for your precious pooch

Good morning I’ve just been on the school run and out side my house currently looks like this ! It happens every time we have any rain due to blocked drains up the lane and directly outside my drive

I’ve left the driveway gates open so you can park on there and get your dogs in and out safely but PLEASE still use the front gate to access the salon so my own dogs are not disturbed

ALSO IF ANYONE FANCYS HOPPING ON LINE OR RINGING CHESHIRE WEST COUNCIL TO REPORT IT THAT WOULD BE AWSOME

I have obviously done it lots of times and it’s on their system constantly but as it only effects my house no one seems to be that bothered but it’s getting bad and is going to cause an accident as well as the damage it does to my driveway and the sheer inconvenience 🥺

Just a little post about my life with my dogs ! Well one of them 😜 Annie is a 2 year old German Shepherd She is what we affectionately call the land shark 😂 🦈 she’s quick smart & the best house alarm money can buy She is the most loyal dedicated dog to her people but all this comes with an amount of work that is unmatched by any other dog we’ve ever welcomed into our family #graft Today I registered her at a new vets this little video shows her behaviour in a busy waiting room … there is 6 other dogs in the area she was amazing I’m so proud of her she didn’t react once ! Even on the way out when every other dog in the room reacted to her 🥹the vet was relaxed & did their job which I’m finding is a bonus in the surgeries in my area with any dog not just the GSDThe point of this post is to shout out and thank Boundary K9 Services Ellie has given me the tools to handle any situation with Annie She would not have behaved like this in the vets before training yes she’s still a work in progress and me 😅 but my god I’m proud of that pooch today !!

My little mate Freddie ! He’s been coming a little while to me but he had a bad experience at the vets and his owners were open when booking with me saying he could be aggressive……. While he was nervous on his first session he never put a paw wrong but I had the information to be able to judge what he was going to be comfortable with (more involved but that’s the basics) He’s a gorgeous boy who LOVES a pamper ….. and a biscuit 🥰

There’s a baby wood pigeon still been looked after by it’s mama & papa in the front garden by the entrance to the salon. I’d be mortified if anything happened when their putting so much effort into keeping it safe 💕🐣 Much love Donna
