Top Dog Trails

I have an absolute passion for animals and therefore made my passion into my business. I am a former primary school teacher and also have a lot of experience with animals. I have grown up with dogs all of my life and was even involved with puppy walking for the Guide Dogs. This involved training and socialising the puppy to get them ready for the advance training to become a Guide Dog. I learnt a

lot from this experience including training and handling tips as well as learning about the welfare of dogs. I have also helped out at a vets caring for different animals and observing a variety of surgeries. I own a flat coated retriever called Ozzy which can be a challenging but rewarding breed to own. Ozzy is 2 years old and I currently take him to agility training which he really enjoys. I am picking up a new addition to the family very soon which is also a flat coated retriever called Asha. She will be 8 weeks old and I am hoping to enter the showing world with this bundle of joy when she is old enough. I have a DBS certificate and I have completed a canine first aid course. I am also fully insured for all the services provided by Top Dog Trails. Top Dog Trails offers a number of pet services including:

Dog walking - 30 minutes or 1 hour walks, either from your home or at a suitable location. Your dog can be walked individually or with a group of dogs and will be kept on a lead unless given written permission to let your dog off it's lead. On return your dog will be towel dried if needed and given fresh water before being left secure and comfortable. Home visits - This can be for small pets such as cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, puppies or elderly dogs. The visit will be up to 30 minutes long and can be tailored to the needs of your pet. Services which can be included during the visit are; attending to food and water, providing play and stimulation, clean up 'mess' including changing litter tray, hutch or bedding. Your pet will be left once secure and comfortable. Pet taxi - Return service to a required destination such as vets, groomers or training class.
