Just a quick message to let everybody know that we’re back up & running again 😊
Many people won’t know but we lost Nahla in November last year & shut down everything, it didn’t seem right to continue without her, but after the girls begging for another dog we gave in & have 2 new family members, Oscar & Lilah the cocker spaniels 🥰
At the moment we have our £10 taster boxes available which have been changed ever so slightly; instead of the bully snout they contain 2 hairy lamb snouts & instead of a duck neck we have a turkey neck, which are sooooo much larger! & all items are available individually too! We’re hoping to slowly build up our products like we did the last time 🥰

I’m fully aware these items look similar to rawhide & people make assumptions that’s what they are, this is 100% air dried buffalo skin, our medium bully rolls are 100% air dried cow skin, NO rawhide, NO chemicals all just 100% one ingredient items!
I’m having quiet a few comments lately off people watching my packing videos & assuming my bully rolls are rawhide, just a reminder that rawhide is completely undigestible & toxic, I have not & will not ever sell any items containing rawhide! Our bully rolls are nothing but air dried cow skin! Every item is 100% one ingredient only with NO added chemicals!
Nahla’s a 1 year old German shepherd, a breed who is bred predominantly for protection & is therefore prone to reactivity.
Nahla is reactive to strangers, this is a short clip of us sat in the car right outside a shop waiting for Darren, full protection mode the second he leaves the car as there where people parked near us & coming and going from the shop.
Your dog will always show you how comfortable or uncomfortable they are with how close the trigger is, for example the start of this clip where Nahla reacts & starts barking is from somebody walking directly past my side of the car, her reaction let me know she wasn’t comfortable with how close they where.
She didn’t react while people where walking in & out of the shop, although only a few feet away they where too far for her to feel threatened enough to react, but still close enough for me to struggle breaking her focus on them.

I seen a video today by a dog trainer & I’ve never agreed with anything more! You’ve probably all heard the phrase “it’s not the dog it’s the owner” “it’s not the dog it’s the way their brought up” although this can be true in some instances, for example staffys have an awful rep but it’s usually down to people who get them for the wrong reasons.
BUT genetics play a HUGE part in what kind of dog your going to have, there are certain dogs who are bred to be protective, or have high prey drive, and no amount of kisses cuddles & attention is going to take this out of your dog! For example if you want a Belgian Mal & you want it to be a couch potato that you can leave home 8 hours a day Monday to Friday that only needs walked twice a week, that’s not going to work.
A German Shepard is prone to being reactive, it’s in the genetics of the breed, they are incredibly high energy & need so much mental & physical stimulation, they also need to be properly socialised to not become reactive, if you can’t give it what it needs your potentially going to end up with a highly reactive large dog who is difficult to handle.
During my time at the shelter I seen German shepherds, Belgian mals, husky’s & even spaniels surrended because the owners didn’t realise how difficult they can be to own.
Researching the breed & making sure the dog will fit into your lifestyle is the most important part of owning a dog!
