⭐️ Team McIvor Monthly Update ⭐️

Eva Smith
"Eva has been keeping both horses fit over the winter by hunting and regularly taking them to lessons. Swinton has really come on with his jumping and should be out competing soon. Loughy has also enjoyed some interval training on the gallops ready for the endurance season starting."

Grace 'Binky' Smith
"Binky and Matty have been busy recently gathering scores up for the British Dressage Summer Area Festivals , they have got enough scores for Novice and Elementary .They competed at Bishop Burton winter Area Festival where they came 4th in huge classes in both Novice and Elementary and are off to Addington in April for the Winter Championships at both levels ! They have also been out Arena Eventing winning at Richmond a few weeks ago which was a good practice for Riding Club Area 4 Arena Eventing Qualifier this weekend.Theu are also entered in their first One Day Event of the season...fingers crossed the weather changes for the better!!!
Boysie has had a bit of time off due to a nasty gravel ...lots of McIvor poultices and vetwrap used !!! Bit he's now back in action and raring to go!!"

"Me and Piglet jumped round Lincoln BE100 on saturday, with a great dressage and a fab double clear! Unfortunately a long course + slightly sticky ground cost us a top 10 placing. We plan to go to breckenbrough next for the 100u18 class!"

Hannah Wainwright
"We have some exciting competitions coming up this year after our school started thier new showjumping team , our first outing and we had two team wins! So we have qualified for Hickstead and we hope to all go at the end of May.
Also carrying on with our riding club teams we have the area combined training qualifier coming up in April. Meanwhile Max our yard shetland has a very important date...he will be a unicorn for the day at Molescroft farm open day on the 7th April, this is a fundraiser for the Macmillan races of thier lives race at York in June. The sane day mum will be competing at Arena UK in the Novice winter dressage champs, so busy times ahead!"

Sienna McLeay
"I've had a fairly quiet month. Jordie competed at the arena eventing a Richmond, we didn't place, however it was my first chance in 90cm and he jumped really well, so I was very pleased. Donut has been making a lot of progress, and last weekend she went to her first show of the season - placing 2nd in the m&m juniors and jumping really well in the winter workers. There's a show later this month at Northallerton, with classes for both ponies, so fingers crossed we can go there."
