SAF Cat Rescue The Stray Animal Fund was set up in 2008 by a team who all met at the Animal Medical Centre, a veterinary practice in Northampton.

We wanted to love, help and re-home stray cats and thats where our story begins.... We foster, fundraise and rehome stray cats. We ensure they have the best start in life.

Waffle is looking for a new home. Please only get in touch if you are definitely sure Waffle is the boy for you.

Waffle is now about 11 weeks old. He’s a boisterous little lad and loves to play. He’s super affectionate and will need someone who’s at home most of the day to fulfill his cuddling needs. Ideally he would be in a home on his own with no other adult cats, as he’s likes to be the centre of attention, he might be ok with another kitten of a similar age who doesn’t mind rough and tumble.

He can live with children, but the new owners must take into account he is a kitten and they can bite and scratch when playing.

All in all Waffle is the most awesome little boy who just wants to be loved.

Max (male) black and white kitten and Helen (female) tortie kitten are looking for their new home together

They are friendly kittens aged 13 weeks old
They have already had their first vaccination and are microchipped and will need to come back for neutering when they are about 4-5 months old

We ask for an adoption donation of £200 for the pair This includes neutering, microchipping, initial vaccinations and flea and worm treatment

They also come with 4 weeks free Petplan insurance

Reuben has just turned 4 years old, at his birthday party he asked his friends to bring cat & kitten food as he wanted to help the cats who don’t have a home. What an awesome little boy and such a lovely idea. 😺

Following our recent appeal for help with our vet costs we would like to say a huge thank you for your response
You donated lots of food, litter and toys for our hungry kittens
You donated lots of items that we can either sell or use for raising funds
You also donated almost 😻 £800 😻towards our vet bill, which is an incredible amount and will help with our bill which for September was just over £3,000

We really do appreciate your help and support so that we can continue to find loving homes for cats and kittens like Nettle and Bracken, Max and Helen and Chilli and Spice ❤️😻

Cherry is still available for adoption. She’s between 1-2 years.

Cherry can be a nervous girl so no small children in the household. She gets on with other cats as long as slow introductions are taken in the first meeting.

Cherry likes company and will come and sit with you on the sofa in the evening.

Cherry has now been neutered, ID chipped, vaccinated and flea & worm treated.

This crazy bunch are between 3-4 months old.

We ask for an adoption donation of £100 per kitten. This includes 1st and 2nd vaccinations, ID chip, neutering, flea & worming treatment.
