Today we made massive progress with Alfie. He’s been coming since a puppy but has a real issue with the dryer, mums been working hard with him using treats and positive reinforcement. Today he went home nearly totally dry for the first time. 👏🏻 He also upgraded to his first proper groom, showing just how far he has come! 🫧 ✂️ 🐶

These sisters Bonnie and Lottie were pretty hairy, could be confused with ‘mops’ rather than shih tzus! 😜 First grooming experience for them both, and they weren’t sure what had hit them. We will build their trust, they will learn the process and grow in confidence. 🛁 🫧 ✂️ 💞

Im asking you all to get organised with your groom appointments. 🙏🏻
I don’t like not being able to fit my regulars in for their grooms, and before I was very flexible to fit you all in here and there as needed! Now little Myles is here, I’m cramming you all into a much shorter working week! 😅
If I can ask that going forwards we can book in on a grooming schedule, it means that your pooches can be groomed when they need it. Every 6/8 weeks whatever length of time they require. ✂️ 🧼 Those requesting more last minute appointments I can’t fit you short notice sadly, so there’s more chance of knotty /matted dogs and possible clip off, which I’d rather not have to do. 🫣
Obviously if plans change we can always switch things around if needed, but the more organised the better nowadays! 📖 🖊️ Lots of you already do this, but with lots of new enquiries daily I’m close to closing my books to non regulars. Thanks in advance, I’m so grateful to call this my job! ❤️ 🐾
