A little note about welfare and security.

Firstly, the welfare and wellbeing of the dogs we look after is paramount.
Comes before everything else.

We have protocols in place should a dog become unwell while in our care and these measures have served us well, on the very rare occasions, that we have had to employ them.

Secondly, security.

Unfortunately we have to face the facts that not everyone in this world has the best of intentions towards their, or potentially your, pets.

So how do we protect your dogs from those that might have ulterior motives?

Well, we don't "present" as dog carers.
No liveried uniform or branding. The reason behind this is simple.
If we're taking your dog out for exercise, we feel it's best that we don't advertise the fact that it's not "our" dog.
An example: if someone, heaven forbid, wanted to "sn**ch" the dog, if we had branded clothing, their mindset might just be something along the lines of "it's not their's, they won't put up a fight for it".

Similarly we don't have any branding on our vehicles. We don't feel that it serves any purpose to mark us out as a business transporting dogs.
All we have is a couple of "dogs in transit" stickers.

Lastly, we only identify our full address on our initial meeting with a potential client and their dogs.

It serves no purpose to let the general public know, exactly, where we are. It's not secrecy, it's privacy and protection.

Clients - both existing and potential - are, of course, welcome to visit our premises prior to any engagement.
