Delayed update, but what a way to finish our first series of coach education days 🤩
All three days have provided our coaches with additional knowledge, skills and tools to add to their coaching 💪🏼
🥰 The feedback has been overwhelming, but the main thing that we have taken away from this, is that our coaches confidence has grown throughout the process. Confidence in coaching, confidence in coaching a higher level rider, confidence in finding their own way, confidence in setting their own principles and foundations for what they truly believe in.

Everyone knows it’s that mad time of year, so as we take a short break from delivering content, we are working hard behind the scenes to develop your next coaching series 💻

The biggest of thank you goes to Sam York Oakring Stud and Performance Horses for not only delivering the content and sharing her vast array of coaching knowledge, but also in sharing her world wide experiences with us. 😍

Thank you to all our demo riders who have worked with us throughout the series. Playing with coaching couldn’t be possible without the horses and riders available 🦄

🤩 Informative, Innovative and Inspiring… just a few words our coaching group used to describe our “Develop” coaching workshop, the second in our Coach Education Series 💪🏼👏🏼

As a group of familiar faces from episode 1, it was heart warming witnessing individuals confidently sharing ideas, issues and experiences that they have faced, and with Sam steering the ship, the group responding with such positivity and support… the beginnings of our Coaching Community 🥰

Thank you to our coaches, who once again brought their A game 💪🏼
🔝 The quality of discussions were on another level and we can’t wait till our third and final episode in THIS series‼️

A massive thank you to our demo riders for being patient as we play with ideas and concepts 🙏🏼

✨ What a fantastic first “Reflect” workshop for our Coach Education Series yesterday 👏🏼
Firstly, thank you to our wonderful coaches for not only attending, but for generating such interesting discussions, getting stuck in practically and bringing along your experiences and knowledge to share with fellow coaches, it was fantastic to work with all of you ☺️
Sam York Oakring Stud and Performance Horses delivered inspiring coaching and put forward various topics for our coaches to think a little deeper into who they are, and how they are currently “Finding Their Way” in coaching ⁉️
A massive thank you also goes to our wonderful demo riders who performed beautifully and also put up with our whacky ideas, thoughts and questions 🥴

🌟👏🏼 We are excited to introduce our first Coach Education Series 👏🏼🌟 For all coaches, new and experienced! Our aim is to provide a platform in which to bring coaches together, inclusive of all coaching organisations. We hope to create a supportive coaching community to voice opinions, discuss experiences and share good practice. The days will comprise of workshops, discussions, interactive demonstration and a chance to Q&A.
