Watching Reuben and Noodle thrive through fun Agility & Hoopers makes my day and their mum's day!
Their mum wanted to give the boys another fun hobby after acing their Scent work around their farm... And they are doing a fantastic job at this too!

I had great fun proofing a cue this morning with Flo- I just had to share! 🤣
How do I keep my dog safe when I answer the door?
Teach them to go to a place (such as a bed) when you head to the door!
First things first, they need a reliable settle/bed cue!
Once you are able to ask them to go to bed reliably, you can start to increase your distance away from their bed, and start taking a few paces towards the door.
(Patience here is key!)
When you can say "bed" and walk towards the front door without them getting out, you can then start to move your keys/handle on the door - not opening the door at this stage.
Finally, you can open the door a little, add doorbell sounds or knocking before asking them to go to their bed, and repeating the process!
If at any point during the process they move out of bed, you may have moved on too quickly to the next step. Revisit the previous stage and remember to get a few repetitions in before progressing on!

GAME TIME!
Teach your dog to go around an object to help satisfy your dog mentally and physically, as well as coming in handy for skills such as recall and agility practices!
I just used a dilute bottle, and had a bit of space for Flo to go round the object either side.
1.Stand 1 pace away from your item with plenty of treats ready to go.
2.Start with your dog on the left and guide your dog steadily with a treat, half way round the bottle- MARK (good) continue your lure around the bottle and reward on your right hand side. Repeat x3 so your dog can understand the process.
3. Take 2 steps away from your bottle and repeat the process (take a step/lunge towards the bottle to help.smooth out the movement). Repeat x3
4. Remove the food from your hand- no more luring! Instead, point the round whilst saying "round" and reward on your right. Like me, you can throw the food behind you on the right to get your dog to return quicker!
5. Slowly make the gap bigger between you and your item!
Have fun!!

Can your dog follow instructions no matter your position... i.e. standing, kneeling, and laying down?
Here's me and Flo having a go 🤣
The main purpose is to proof your cues, making sure that your dog can listen, no matter how you look 😁 PLUS... It's fun!

Hey Pablo!
Pablo's mum and dad got in touch about loose lead walking, and meeting dogs out and about. He would zig zag on the pavement, pull at the end of his lead, and would stare and cry at other dogs when out and about on a walk, which then made walking him a whole lot worse.
After finding a lot of mixed advice online, they found it was so tricky knowing what works and doesn't, and Pablo wasn't getting any better at any of the above, causing frustration for all.
Session 1 we set on with training for loose lead walking 💪
Session 2 Rufus joined to help Pablo do some training whilst out on a walk.
Session 3 is upcoming... Cannot wait to start putting everything together. He's doing brilliantly! 👏🎉
Need some help with loose lead walking, or perhaps helping your dog with socialisation?

Here's Charlie, a 3 year old Collie who's fence running after cars in his garden. He has lots of triggers that starts his frenzy of running up and down the fence line chasing the cars including other people being near the fence, car doors shutting, engine starting and more.
To enable Charlie to regain some control over his emotions, we have started to rewire his emotional circuits and give him a better purpose for his mental and physical energy.
We've also started some great self control work, chasing something a little healthier, with focus. This is the start of training, Charlie is picking things up so quickly!
Best of all, I was stood at said fence which would usually cause his car chasing obsession to start... 😍 What a guy!
Don't get me wrong, to get this behaviour fully under control it's going to take time, after all, he's been practicing it for around 3 years- but this is major progress. So so proud of this team!!
I am taking bookings for 2025, let me know how I can help your dog!

Meet 4 month old Labrador - Hugo!
As soon as I arrived at the home his mum said, I'm not going to tell you the problem, I'm going to show you...😬
Hugo is known to his family for constant jumping up and hard mouthing/nipping of any person other than mum.
This clip is 20 minutes after Hugo's first session with me.
A few words from mum... "I can't believe the difference, thank you so much!"
Consistency and clear communication is key to any dog, especially puppies!
