2025 prices, bookings, payments, cancellations and fees:
Hi lovelies, a bit of an update for 2025:
I’ll be increasing my prices by £1 per dog from February 1st 2025. Meaning my prices will be as followed:
* 30 minute walks - £8 + £4 per additional dog
* 45 minute walks - £11 + £5 per additional dog
* 60 minute walks - £13 + £6 per additional dog
Dog walks should be booked in advance (1+ weeks notice), as I mostly offer permanent walking slots. However, adhoc walks may be possible when needed (I understand life gets busy!!), but this will be a first come first serve basis - permanent slots will be given priority.
Also from the beginning of February, I will be implementing my cancellation and late payment fees. This is to ensure I can keep my business running, I’m not often able to fill last minute cancelled slots so more often than not loose money on these days. This will be as followed:
* no fee for 1 week+ notice for walk changes
* 50% walk cost for 1-6 days notice
* 100% walk cost for less than 24hrs notice
Invoices will be sent out at the end of each week for walks, due to late payments last year I will be adding a late payment fee for any payments not made after two invoice reminders. This fee will be an initial £5 if no plan is made for payment on the day of second reminder, and £0.50 each day after that until the full balance is paid.
