Hello Everyone,

I will be bringing in a new policy regarding payments starting from next week that I need to make all my clients aware of.

Unfortunately I am having a couple of issues with payments as I am getting busier. Im finding that it’s very hard to fill slots in a few hours when I haven’t received payment, and then losing out on a slot another pooch could have had. Therefore I have decided to put this policy in place:

🐾All payments have to be made the Sunday before the week of your booking.

🐾Last minute bookings/mid week have to be paid when booking.

🐾If payment hasn’t been made on or by the Sunday before the week of your booking you will unfortunately lose your slot.

As all of you know my usual day to contact everyone to get you booked in is Sunday so this should make it easier for everyone to book and pay. I hope you all understand and if anyone has any questions feel free to pop me a message 🤎
