We are so grateful for all our treats we get from you all 🥰 I do think this homemade chocolate ganache roll with fresh cream and raspberry coulis is on another level though! OH MY GOD!
Yesterday our lovely client brought this in and we could not believe how wonderful it looked and tasted. What a talent! We loved it and safe to say it’s all gone 🤣 Thank you so much♥️

Kelsey our RVN has been looking after Dougie, our weekend inpatient. She has given him a little pamper this morning, a wash and blow dry and he will hopefully fingers and toes crossed be able to go home soon. Although we are really going to miss him it is a joy to see him looking perkier this morning 🥰
