We are a family run business and enjoy looking after all animals. Lesley owned her own dog boarding, day care and grooming business for 12 years and the dogs used to love coming to see her. Kerri is a registered veterinary nurse and has worked in the industry for 17 years. She really enjoyed working at the vets but thought it would be great to run the kennels and cattery with her family. Lee used

to work as a multidisciplinary designer but has always had animals and has a great love for them. All dogs and cats are cared for as if they are our own and we make sure that they are excercised regulary daily. We will update owners of their progress by posting photos of them and we are always happy to talk to you on the phone if you are worried about leaving your babies behind. We aim to give the best standard of care and enjoy playing with the dogs and cats.

Another Tuesday afternoon session for this lovely lady making some more new friends… it was rather hot so we kept social time short and sweet 🐾 she enjoyed the company but no excited zoomies this week.. but I can’t blame her 🥵 ☀️

One guy just wants to play fetch (but not have his ball stolen by anyone else 😆) 🥎 and all the others just wanted a little mooch and to mind their own business and come to us humans for a fuss when they wanted it 🥰

We tried to encourage play in the shade as much as possible and instead of ‘lesser but longer let outs’ we did ‘shorter but more frequent’ for the playful ones so they didn’t over heat ☀️ 😎

I have just picked up my dogs and what a fantastic time they have had .

This big fella had a taster day today in prep for his holiday next month… safe to say that his holiday will be no problem at all 👏🏼 he was a super star.
⭐️ He settled lovely in his kennel.
⭐️ He did as he was asked by the humans every time.
⭐️ He was fab with the other dogs we introduced him to (obviously this isn’t essential but he will defo enjoy his holiday whilst making friends!)

I’m sure his pawrents will be super proud of him 🥰

We can’t wait to see him for his holidays 🐾 🫶🏼

A lovely bit of puppy play.

A new friendship was formed today with these two crazies 😁🫶🏼🥰🐾 I couldn’t not video it they got on so well and not sure who was more tired by the end of today!

Waggy Tails 🥰

This little girl deserves a special mention today as she was extra brave and tried so hard to come out of her shell … 🥰 She’s been attending daycare on a Tuesday and her pawsonality is leaning towards to cautious side and she’s naturally a little reserved… however when out with her mum on her walks she does have some doggy friends who she enjoys meeting up with etc. so we’ve been taking it nice and slow easing her into our routine. She’s only been out with other smaller dogs who won’t ’get in her face’ too much. She’s even attended a play session with her mum to see if that helped boost her confidence 🥰 Today was the happiest she has looked and she was moving around a lot more, following me and also looking towards the other doggies and even following them around a little and having sniffs 😁 I’m so proud of her being so brave today 🐾 I even got to give her cuddles 🥰 (Ignore my dog voice on the video 😂 but her happy face and waggy tail made my day today!)

Good morning ..

When morning playtimes look like this .. 😍

Tuesday…. 6 dogs all loving the field. 🐾 55seconds in is exactly why my white dog didn’t join in the field fun 🤣 👀 as he wouldn’t have as much sense as the other white dogs staying clean! (He played with them earlier on the car park though 🥰)

These 2 had other ideas about coming back inside after playtime…. 👀 🐾 😂

We have some proper characters in the cattery today, constant cuddles and entertainment! This has to be my favourite game so far today 😂 🐾

This young lady loves to play however she LOVES the treats just as much .. so this afternoon she had a mini ‘training session’ to make her brain work for those treats! 🥰 We did a ‘calm & eye contact’ exercise where the treat is in my hand but she only gets it when she’s stood/sat calmly and makes eye contact with me. We did lots of sits and downs. We also did some offlead heel work which I wish I videod as her trotting was beautiful 😍 a real credit to her owners for such a big bouncy young lady! ❤️ she will be knackered tonight 😂 (Another video in comments)

This big gentle ball loving guy understands the concept of ‘easy like Sunday morning….’ 👀 🐾 .. Saving my back and knees from bending down 😆

Today we all had a 😍 moment… we don’t usually use names on here but hopefully the owners won’t mind as they’re regulars… Little scooby is 14yr young and here he is having a run around to play with Romeo 😍 Scooby usually takes it easy and goes at a gentle pace but today he was adamant he wanted to play ‘chase’ 🥰😍 which in all the times he’s been we’ve never seen before!

Someone found the spikey ball this morning 😂😂 she’s so funny!

We finally managed to coax this beautiful girl out today so we gave her lots of fuss and even got some purrs 😃😻😸💕

Person: Are rainy days boring at Glencoe if my dog doesn’t like the rain? 🤔 Glencoe: … NEVER! 😆 ——————————————— Video shows Albie chasing the flirt pole. He’d already won the duck 🦆 from the end of it so the rope toy was up next. He wins again 😂 Even on gloomy days your furbabies get lots of stimulation, even in the playroom! I’ve tried this with a few dogs today but Albie made the best video 😂 He’s now searching around the room for tit bits as I’ve scattered treats everywhere so he’s having a right good sniff which is also very tiring for their busy brains 😊 Pic in the comments of how something SO simple can provide great exercise. A chuckit stick, a lead and a toy. Simple.

Someone is showing off this afternoon 👀 TWO toys in his mouth and some football skills at the same time ⚽️ Showing us that’s it’s not just the collies that can do this 😂 (if you remember previous videos..)

Sundays cats 🐈‍⬛ Post 1 - I can’t post videos and pictures together for some reason but here’s a video of this little guy whose still being a little shy when we enter his room, although he comes out and has a good watch of the reception area when he thinks we’re not looking (he’s in the room next to reception) 😆 so here’s a little video of me trying to build his trust and if you watch closely you can see him interacting on the other side 🐾 🥰 A couple of shy pics of him will be in the comments once this has uploaded 😊 hopefully we will see him being a little braver tomorrow 😁

Proving we don’t sit on the sofa all day 😂 This young man would happily entertain himself with the boomer ball 🤷🏼‍♀️.. but we get involved to ensure he has fun and gets his steps in! 🐾 😁 Whatever the dogs are happiest doing - that’s what we do! 🐾🥰
