Hello everyone.
It is with great sadness that I say, business
owner, Karen passed away yesterday with friends and family by her side.
Because of our heartbreak, we will be operating a reduced service over the next week or so and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are part of the Association of Private Pet Cemeteries and Crematoria and I have asked if anyone is willing to take on referrals during this time, I will let you know.
Karen was a loving, kind and compassionate lady who will be missed by all her knew her.
She and Alf built the business providing dignity and respect for our beloved pets final journey - we endeavour to honour them both by continuing to provide the wonderful service close to their hearts.
I will post relevant details as I know more.

~ Geordie, our new Old(ish) Dog of the Week, is seeking a peaceful, safe retirement home having spent, it's believed, his whole life in a public shelter 💔 prior to finding his way to the safety of rescue.

Geordie, a very handsome, medium-sized (18kg) crossbreed, is looking for a long-term foster home or adoption where a woman is his main person. He did spend some time in a temporary foster home where he really got the hang of home comforts and companionship. Wouldn't it be wonderful for him to find that love and comfort on a longer-term, hopefully forever basis? ✨

Geordie is good with other dogs (see other photos on his page) and fine with confident cats too. His rescue tells us he loves having fun with his dog friends!

This lovely boy would prefer a child-free home and he is wary of men, although his rescue has been putting in lots of time and effort to help him feel more comfortable around men. With the help of some tasty treats, he's definitely improved.

Geordie loves spending time outside :-). He is walked by his favourite person at the moment, but his rescue says if his new home had a nice, large-enough garden he'd be fine just pottering around there rather than venturing further afield.

Geordie's rescue says he is in good health now and will have full support from the charity, The Responsible Dog Rescue, with vet bills being covered.

**EMERGENCY FOSTER HOMES NEEDED ASAP**

We are in desperate need for emergency foster homes for a medium to large breed younger dog. All costs will be covered by Wings and Paws Rescue while the dog is in your foster care.
The dog(s) is crate trained and toilet training is ongoing.

You would need to be able to take the dog to one of our chosen vets in Wolverhampton for their routine appointments.

🐶 Any resident dog MUST be neutered
🐶 If you have a dog savvy cat this may be ok
🐶 Children must be over 6 years of age

Hi Guys, as most of you know about my illness, in a moment of maddness I decided I wanted to do something for charity, well I came up with Hadrians Wall.

We have a just giving page (I will update a link, when I found out how to do it 😁) my story is in the link, hoping I can complete this, my pets have given me so much, even in my darkest days, where they have been soaked in tears, my life saviours ❤️

Start Mon the 23rd of Oct, going to try approx 10 miles a day, but allowed a couple of extra days, just in case 😁

2023 FUNDAY STALL HOLDERS!⭐

Just a little reminder to those who have booked and paid for their stalls!
The Funday is NEXT SUNDAY (20th August) and we're asking you all to arrive at 9am.
Please remember to bring your own table and chairs, plus a gazebo (if you have/want one).
We'll direct you to your allocated space and you'll be able to park next to your stall, giving you plenty of time to set up before the Funday officially starts.

We are a small family run business that works by appointments, we don't open until 10am because we have a lot of our own animals to feed & look after, having a small holding should be understandable, people have turned up before during our opening hours, we always endeavour to help at such a sad heartbreaking time, this is evident with solid 5* reviews approx 400 of them across different sites, so to receive a 1* ALL because he turns up before we open, no call to say his coming, rings the ring door bell (yes all on video) my sister who is on the other side of the farm, tells him we are not open yet, but can give you an appointment for 12pm, to be aggressively told I'm busy and storms off, within an hr a 1* review, this business is difficult and mentally stressful, we are animal lovers and often in tears over all your pets, as we know the heartbreak only too well.
If anything please be kind, and give an extra consideration to the type of business we are. ❤

I love these cushions, they have so helped me, if your feeling low and especially missing your best buddy, I used to curl up on the sofa hugging my boys cushions whenever I felt so low and missing my best buds works wonders ❤️

We are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day Dec the 27th, New Year's Day and the 2nd of Jan,
But we will have an emergency out of hours service on those days if you need us:

I would just like to make everyone aware that for the time being I am signing the Crematorium business over to my sister Dawn, (most of you know Dawn, as she took over during my first treatment) while I concentrate on my own health, as I head towards more Chemo etc, I am still very much involved, just a bit more on the side lines, thank you ❤❤

I stood by your bed last night, I came to have a peep.
I could see that you were crying...you found it hard to sleep.
I whined to you softly as you brushed away a tear.
"It's me, I haven't left you...I'm well, I'm fine, I'm here."
I was close to you at breakfast, I watched you pour the tea.
You were thinking of the many times, your hands reached down to me.
I was with you at the shops today, your arms were getting sore.
I longed to take your parcels, I wish I could do more.
I was with you at my grave today, you tend it with such care.
I want to reassure you that I am not lying there.
I walked with you toward the house, as you fumbled for your key,
I gently put my paw on you. I smiled and said, "It's me."
You looked so very tired, and sank into a chair.
I tried so hard to let you know that I was standing there.
It's possible for me to be so near you every day.
To say to you with certainty, "I never went away."
You sat there very quietly, then smiled, I think you knew...
In the stillness of that evening, I was very close to you.
The day is over...I smile and watch you yawning
And say, "Goodnight, God bless, I'll see you in the morning."
And when the time is right for you to cross the brief divide,
I'll rush across to greet you and we will stand, side-by-side.
I have so many things to show you, there is so much for you to see.
Be patient, live your journey out...then come home to be with me. ❤❤

It is with a heavy heart I have to increase our prices, as of the this Sat the 15th the increase will be implemented, I've tried to hold off as long as possible, I so understand it is already a difficult time. As many of you who have met me know I'm a very honest open person, so the reason for this increase is because within 2 weeks, the fuel invoice has risen by £500, I still cannot believe how much it has risen myself, shocked, thankfully I was sitting down when they told me, it just totally floored me 😪 prices will be available on the website as soon as my tech guy updates them, 😳❤

PLEASE SHARE: let's find this boy his forever loving home, he so deserves it, as the rest do.

EDIT: I actually met this gorgeous boy today, he is not a large boy, more the size of a Ridgeback girl if that, he jumped out the car, came straight to me for a fuss and cuddle without no hesitation, he is more handsome in the flesh, if only I didn't have 3 entire boys and a GS bitch, photos of him I took today 😍🥰
I been asked by Animal House Rescue if I can help find this special boy a home, he is a cross Ridgeback but as you can see more Ridgeback than what he is crossed with, he is neutered etc, a very loving boy who needs a quieter home where somebody is always with him, as you can see from 2 of the photos he has had a very very rough time, this has left him with a bad case of separation anxiety and also wary of men, he can be vocal with men on introduction if they are standing, he has never been aggressive, if they are sitting he will just go over and roll over for a tummy rub or just sit down on their laps if their sitting on the floor (god forbid to think of what this boy has been through, apart from being starved) its more of a frightened nervous reaction, he needs time and a lot of TLC, the rescue have done a fantastic job in getting him back to health, they would keep him, he gets on with their other dogs and cats, his very intelligent, opens any door handle, jumps stair gates, the rescue feel as much as they would love to keep him their home is too busy, they have to just drop things at a moments notice and leave the house at all times of the day and night, they as other rescues are so so busy,, (god forbid to think of what this boy has been through) is there anyone who could over this loving boy a forever home please ❤

Loving forever home found:
Hi, I have had a little cat dumped, and looking for a loving home for her, she is approx 1 Yr old (already had kittens !!) I have had her spayed, vaccinated and microchipped, she is so loving, I would keep her but the dogs chase her, our own cats just box their ears (literally 😂)
