Unlike many other bird seed producers, we don't add cheap fillers like wheat that the birds don't eat - just nutritionally balanced quality ingredients. Sadly we don’t get as many red visitors at home as we used to a few years ago

But here’s a gorgeous little scamp that has been coming every day for a couple of weeks and it loves walnuts.

Comes back for the hazelnuts later

Tuesday 18th February - The electricity in the village is scheduled to be off from 9.30am to 3.30pm

This means no phone, computer, till, credit card machine etc

We will be open, using a mobile card reader - it worked well last time so hopefully will be good again 🤞🤞😊
but if you can pay by cash in the shop, that would be a big help 👍

We will forward our shop phone directly to voicemail and check it with our mobile phones as often as possible - so please be patient and we’ll contact you as quickly as we can.

We should be able to check our emails, again using our mobile phones.

Hopefully we’ll get through the day with minimal stress for all 🤪

Our biggest problem is no kettle 😱. We’ll be taking hot water in flasks to keep us going with essential tea and coffee 😆
