Spring Cottage is 2 miles from Penzance and within easy reach of many picturesque destinations including St Ives, Marazion and Mousehole as well as numerous beautiful coves, beaches and local attractions. Spring cottage is a light, airy cottage with open-plan living area. The through lounge has a double bed settee and comfortable armchair. The dining table has seating for six people. The cottage has been fully refurbished with new carpets, a newly fitted bathroom and kitchen including new appliances. It is double glazed throughout. The cottage has a double bedroom with a fitted wardrobe including a safe for your personal valuables. The other bedroom has two single beds with fitted wardrobes. All the beds have new mattresses. There is a travel cot and stair gate available. The newly fitted shower room has shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. All upstairs windows are fitted with child safety restrictors. There is a high chair with splash mat, travel cot and stair gate. At the front of the cottage there is a paved patio with a table and chairs making outdoor eating and sunbathing a joy. It is also a good place for sunset watching and star gazing. The Milky Way, overhead during the summer months, is spectacular and the stars are so much brighter away from street light glare. Kenegie Manor facilities include tennis courts, mini pitch and putt, children’s play area, launderette, payphone and a bar which offers reasonably priced food. The indoor swimming pool with sauna can be used for a small weekly fee payable at reception. There is free Wi-Fi available at the internet lounge and clubhouse. Spring Cottage is ideally placed to enjoy many local beauty spots, including picturesque Cornish coves and beaches and country walks. Holiday activities such as surfing, swimming, sailing, fishing, golf, hiking, cycling and horse riding are readily available as are many themed farms and parks and museums. The nearby town of Gulval has a village shop and post office. There is a good local pub serving real ales and quality food within a mile of Spring Cottage.
