Tired but very happy...
It's been a really busy few months and I've achieved something that I didn't think was possible - I'm back to full time work, which I was incredibly nervous of and Bee at Peace is doing better than ever ๐๐ธ
Running a small business takes a lot of time and my fear was that I wouldn't be able to give you all the time and help that you need, but that's not the case. Things are working and I'm learning the balance that is necessary for me to be at my best.
We've had more clients than ever before and with Bee at Peace no longer needing to provide an income, I can do this work purely for the joy of it and I can't tell you how much joy it brings me to connect with you and your wonderful animals โค๏ธ ๐พ
So, you know where I am if you need anything, whether it's a quick question or a full in depth communication, I'm here to help ๐ Have a great weekend everyone, sending you happy vibes and sunshine ๐พ๐ปโ๏ธ

Usually if it is lying out during the day then it is poorly but if it is gathering grass it is making a nest. Any out during the day usually means that there is something just not right and putting it in a box with a towel and heat pad or bottle with warm water and offer it some water and food should help it pick up.

Have you heard that animals can talk?
Animal communication allows us to speak to our pets and to hear what they have to say back. What could be better than hearing from our beloved animal companions? ๐
You might have been struggling to understand what your pet's long looks mean, why their behaviour has changed or you might just want to get to know your pet better and animal communication can help with this and lots more:
๐ซ Helping your rescue pet to settle into their new environment and reassure them that they have found their forever home
๐ซ Telling your pet about any upcoming life changes such as - house moves, changes to the daily routine, new family members or pets, children moving out the family home
๐ซ Periods of absence - work trips, holidays etc.
๐ซ Checking in with your pet - how they are feeling about their life, how they are feeling emotionally and physically
๐ซ Find out if your pet would like to start a particular hobby such as scent work, or a job (e.g. become a therapy pet)
But the ๐๐๐จ๐ฉ thing about animal communication is that it gives your pet a ๐๐ผ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ, an opportunity to ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐บ๐๐ฒ๐น๐๐ฒ๐ and to be ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ. Your pet can finally say the things that they have wanted to for many years. Animals always feel hugely loved when they discover that their family want to hear their thoughts.
I am here to translate for you and your pets so you can understand one another, solve problems together and strengthen your bond ๐
Communications can be done online or face to face (if you are based in Perthsire, Fife or southern Scotland). Just message me or email [email protected] to arrange a consultation and see how animal communication can help you and your pet ๐๐ด๐น๐พ

Great advice and always worth being aware of ๐๐
Please respect on lead dogs. You have no idea why that dog may be on a lead, he or she may be arthritic/elderly/recovering from surgery/aggressive/fearful โฆ the list of possibilities is endless but there will be a reason WHY he or she is on a lead.
It doesnโt matter if your dog is friendly the on lead dog may not be.
EVERYTIME an off lead dogs runs in at an on lead dog this sets the on lead dog back if he or she has fear or aggression issues.
Sadly โfriendlyโ dogs (ie ones who run in) can inadvertently cause a problem so please show on lead dogs and their owners the courtesy they deserve.
If your dog has poor recall please keep it on a lead in dog heavy areas.
Very young pups out on early walks after vaccination can be traumatised/damaged mentally by โfriendlyโ dogs.
We love to see dogs being able to run freely in appropriate places but with freedom comes responsibility to keep your dog under control. If your dog lacks a recall put it on a lead.
Please be a responsible owner.
โ ๏ธ๐ง ๐ฆ Please also remember that some adults and children are afraid of dogs itโs important to not allow your dogs to scare humans either.

๐บ๐ฆ IMPORTANT INFORMATIONAL POST โ HELP PETS IN UKRAINE ๐บ๐ฆ
Recently, we've seen report after report of families fleeing Ukraine to escape the conflict. Many have refused to leave their pets behind and have taken them on the journey. There is every species of animal from dogs, to rabbits, to parrots making their way to the safety of neighbouring countires. There are also the incredible people who have chosen to stay behind in Ukraine, despite the danger, to care for animals in shelters.
If you would like to help, here are a number of charities and shelters that you can support. These are recommendations from various groups and through my own research. If you know of any others, please add them to the comments below. Thank you!
Sirius Shelter (ะัะธััะปะพะบ ะดะปั ะฑะตะทะดะพะผะฝะธั ัะฒะฐัะธะฝ ะกััััั)- this is the largest shelter for stray animals in Ukraine. They are cut off from Kiev and hoping for a "green corridor" to be established to let through humanitarian aid. They current have no water, electricity or communication in the shelter.
ifaw - The International Fund for Animal Welfare is fundraising to rush emergency aid to two Ukrainian shelters: Shelter Pif (Donetsk) has 800 dogs in its care and Holivka Shelter (Gorlovka), which has 300 animals that it is supporting. You can donate here: https://www.ifaw.org/uk/news/support-animals-ukraine
Vet Crew in Odessa, Ukraine. This amazing team have chosen to stay to help any animals that have been left behind.
Shelter Friend Ukraine - This group is accepting dogs and all animals from those in the area. They had been working to transport animals over the border, but that is now impossible due to the danger of the roads. They are struggling to get pet food but have enough for 2 weeks. https://instagram.com/shelter_friend_ukraine?utm_medium=copy_link

Casaluipatrocle - the Romanian animal rescue charity, located 25 miles from the Ukrainian border, has pledged to help families fleeing by providing veterinary care to their companion animals. https://casaluipatrocle.ro/en/
Missing Pets, Perth and Kinross Scotland - If you live in the Perthshire area, the local group have set up a Just Giving page to help purchase supplies for pets that have fled to Poland with their families. They're doing this while still helping people to trace their lost pets.
Despite the horror of what is going on, this situation has shown the best of humanity too, with support, donations and aid being sent from people from all around the world. I'm proud to be human right now

What advice do you think your pet would give you?
Animal communications are generally done to help an animal. It's an opportunity for guardians to find out if their animal friend is happy, healthy and pain free and if they need any support in their day to day life. But, despite this being the animal's time and often being the first opportunity that they have ever had to express their thoughts and feelings to their person, they always take time to try and help their human family.
Two days ago I spoke with a beautiful Labrador, who would often go out running with her Mum. Despite her love of running, this beautiful Labrador wanted to be realistic about her limitations and said it would be best if she didn't go any more as her joints were struggling too much with the activity. Very quickly she switched the coversation to focus on her Mum. She shared her concerns, advising that her Mum stop running where she had to jump over anything (a common occurence on one of their normal routes) and asked that she be careful of previous injuries that could reappear. This loving dog asked that her Mum also be aware of her own limitations and any changes in her body so that she didn't hurt herself.
An amazing hamster that I spoke with last year, wanted to console his guardian after her relationship came to an end. He expressed his own heartache at this event and spoke about the level of love he felt his guardian deserved and that he hoped she would demand for herself in the future.
Animals often want to offer words of advice and support to their guardians, especially when their people have been going through difficult times.
If there is anything significant happening in your life please know that your animal companion will be aware of it and will be supporting you in any way that they can. Your animal sees and feels your emotions and they understand what you are saying so when you talk to them about your worries and difficulties it isn't as one sided a conversation as might think! Your animal friend will always have advice to uplift and support you on your journey.
We truly are blessed to have the love of such selfless and loving souls ๐

Happy Valentines Day to all you amazing guardians and animals โคโค
Animal guardians will agree that the love we get from our pets is hard to beat - from the welcome we get when we come home, to the cuddles that we receive just because we are there. An animal's love truly is a gift to be cherished! No expensive gifts or grand gestures are involved, it's just pure unconditional love โค๏ธ
In every session I do, love plays a big part. Guardians always ask me to send love to their animals for them and I'm yet to talk to an animal who hasn't wanted their person to know just how much they love them. I also get to pass love to and from animals that have passed over, something that I feel particularly blessed to be able to help with and will be doing later tonight with a lovely client in the US ๐๐
Love can appear in many different forms, some of us are just lucky enough for it to come in the shape of an animal ๐พ๐
Wishing you all a happy valentines wherever you are โค๐๐

Today we're focusing on dangerous foods for your cat companions โโ
Cats can very easily access our food. With just a quick jump they're on worktops and tables and straight into a tasty snack. However, many of our foods are toxic for cats and can cause serious health problems and even death so, I have pulled together a list of the most dangerous foods that should be kept away from your cats at all times.
Here are some things you might want to do:
๐พ Save and print this picture then put it on your fridge door.
I've designed the image so it's a suitable size for sticking to your fridge. This is a great way to remind everyone in your family what ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ต to feed your cat - it's also a great way to teach kids how to safely feed their animal friend.
๐พ Share the post with your friends
The more people that are aware of what foods can put their cat at risk, the safer and healthier our cats will be.
๐พ Tag your friends in the comments
If you'd rather not share the post on your own timeline, tag your cat guardian friends so they know about these dangerous foods.
This list covers foods for cats but be aware these are not the only hazardous items that you can find around your house. Other things to keep away from your cat include:
Always make sure to keep these items and foods hidden out of reach of your cat. For those who have cats with particularly good scavenging skills, this might need to be a locked cupboard!
Have a fantastic day and thank you for sharing this post with your friends and family if you think it will help them. If you have any questions about animal care or animal communication please send me a message ๐
Image description: The image shows 11 circles, each with a picture of a different food item in the middle that is dangerous for your cat to eat. The foods shown are:
Grapes, sultanas, raisins and currents; raw eggs; milk and dairy products; raw meat and bones; alcohol; chocolate; onions, garlic and spring onions; raw dough; lilies; caffeine and xylitol.

Gluten free dog treats anyone?...
Our dogs can be just as sensitive to different foods as us, sometimes more so. This recipe by Clean Fingers Lainey is gluten free, nutritious and only uses 3 ingredients ๐พ oat flour ๐พ banana and ๐พ peanut butter (xylitol free) making these treats fairly inexpensive and simple to make.
The oat flour can be made really easily at home by putting rolled oats into your blender or food processor and blitzing them, so there's no need to go hunting in the shops.
Method:
๐ถ Get a baking tray lined with baking parchment and put your oven on to heat at 180 degrees.
๐ถ Next, get your ingredients ready - if you're making your own oat flour blitz the oats in your food processor or blender. Mash the banana in a bowl and then mix all of the ingredients together, rolling the dough into a ball. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter or rolled oats if the mixture is too dry or too wet - it should be tacky but not wet
๐ถ Place the dough ball on a piece of baking paper and roll out until it is 1/4 an inch thick
๐ถ You can then cut the block into squares or use a fun cookie cutter to shape the treats (bones shaped cutters are easy to find)
๐ถ Place the biscuits into the oven on their lined baking tray and cook for 12-15 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown
Et voila! Simple, easy, tasty treats for your four legged friend. They can be stored for 3-5 days, refrigerated for 2 weeks or frozen for up to a month. Other ingredients can be added if you would like to add extra bulk or add one of your dogs favourite flavours - see the full recipe for suggestions.
Please remember that treats should be given just now and again and as part of your dogs total daily food intake. If your are at all unsure if any of the ingredients will be suitable for your dog then please check with your vet.
I hope you enjoy these treats! Share with your friends if you enjoy them and let me know how you get on. I'll be posting more treat suggestions soon ๐พ๐
Dogs love these 3-Ingredient, gluten-free, homemade dog treats. They are quick and easy to make and can help you save money by using pantry ingredients.

Who doesnโt share food with their pet?
Itโs a lovely feeling to see your animal companionโs joy when you give them a treat. You see their enthusiasm for your food, big pleading eyes staring at you and before you know it, what was yours, becomes a shared meal for two. It doesn't even matter if you've been tricked into sharing your food (itโs happened to us all), itโs a great feeling seeing your animal companionโs enjoyment.
However, not all foods are created equal. So knowing this, our love of sharing food with our animal friends and having heard first-hand about some pets more unusual taste in treats, this week Iโll be sharing some helpful advice on good and bad foods for different pets and fun healthy treats you can make at home. Iโll be including animal-friendly pizza recipes so you can celebrate National Pizza Day (this Wednesday) with your animal friend will also be telling you about some of the views and perspectives animals have shared with me during communications about food - some of them might surprise you!
Tomorrow we'll be focusing on food for dogs ๐พ๐ Check back on the page throughout the week to discover fun, healthy and safe ways that you can share food with cats, small furries and other pets.
Have a great week everyone ๐

A year ago today we said goodbye to our beautiful Gina ๐
Gina was amazing to communicate with and really helped me on my journey - she was always very clear and to the point which was so helpful, particularly in the beginning.
But, it wasn't just me communicating in Gina's language, G would vocalise small chirps and barks to express herself. It really seemed like she was trying to speak English, something that the staff at the vets loved! No matter what species of animal you have in your life, you often have a strong feeling for what they are trying to tell you. Has this happened to you? This is the start of animal communication, it really is something we can all learn. I hope anyone who goes down this journey has a companion as helpful as Gina alongside them โค
Sending lots of love up to Rainbow Bridge tonight to Gina and all animal companions who are sorely missed. For anyone that has lost an animal companion, please know they are never far away and are always watching over you โค ๐พ๐

Did you know animals can laugh?
This might not surprise you, we sense things about our animals intuitively but to hear it for certain, to get confirmation of the things we suspect is always amazing!
This is what an animal communication does - it gives you the opportunity to find out if your suspicions are correct and helps you to really get to know your animal companion. You can hear their jokes for yourself, learn what makes them laugh and cry, and even find out what frustrates them. There are so many possibilities; understanding our animal is not something we need to guess at anymore.
I started Bee at Peace for exactly this reason - to help people really get to know their animals, to teach people about their similarities to the animals around them, as well as their differences, so that we can really understand one another and live our happiest lives possible!
Understanding your animal's perspectives, their needs and wants and giving them the opportunity to fully understand yours, is the first step towards achieving this and can really help you feel truly connected with your animal companion โค
If you would like to find out more about animal communication sessions and what they involve, I have lots of information for you on my website. Just head over to: www.beeatpeace.org to find out more. If you would like to book a session please message me or send me an email at [email protected]
I currently have spaces available for the end of January.

Happy New Year everyone, hope you've all had a lovely Christmas break and time with friends and family ๐
It's been a tough few weeks for us all here after the passing of our little pup Meg, at just 9 and a half weeks old. We tried everything we could to help her but unfortunately, the fight was too much and she moved on to Rainbow Bridge last week. I'm very grateful for the time we got to spend with Meg, she was the happiest and warmest little ray of sunshine I've ever met, I just wish she'd been given more time to experience and explore the world โ๏ธ๐ป๐
When an animal comes into our lives, we know that more often than not we will have to say goodbye to them later down the line. It has to be the most difficult part of being an animal guardian but what a blessing it is to be able to share our lives with animals, to support and love them for whatever amount of time they have. I certainly wouldn't change this for the world and I know that our animals are never far away from us ๐
Sending you all lots of love and blessings for this new year ๐๐

How do you feel about some of your animal's more difficult behaviour?
When I asked my guides how I could serve the animal kingdom today, I was given a description to share with you all about our animals and working with the different parts of their personailities.
They started by showing me ingredients for a meal - pieces of watermelon, vinegar flavoured elements, beautiful berries. I could taste all of the individual flavours, sharp, sweet, bitter. My guides told me that when we pull a meal together we don't take an ingredient and change it into something else, we celebrate its beauty and try to make it shine by combining it with other wonderful flavours. In the end we find the perfect balance for our pallete and create new flavours while still being able to pick out the beautiful individual items.
Our animals behaviour and training should be treated the same way. Lets consider how this would look if we were to follow this suggestion. Dogs will often guard their homes and people, part of this can involve excessive barking. If you use my guides thinking, the aim is not to crush this behaviour but to find a balance and accept and appreciate this part of their personaily. It might seem unlikely that you will appreciate your dogs barking but would you really want them to stop entierly? Who doesn't appreciate a warning bark from their dog late at night to let them know that there is someone roaming around their property? Who doesn't appreciate that this guarding behaviour is done out of love for us? It's simply about trying to bring about the balance so the barking isn't excessive.
In loving our animals we need to appreciate and love all of the individual elements that make them the beautiful souls they are and work with them to bring about the perfect balance for everyone โค

Animal Communication in action - Today I asked Milo what his licks meant. He said to me: 'It means, I love you.' ๐
After a night of very little sleep I can't tell you how much better hearing this made me feel!
Being able to communicate with an animal really helps you understand why they do what they do and can be so so heart warming and sometimes a relief.
It also stengthens your relationship. The most common thing I hear from my clients when I check in with them after doing an animal communication for them is: 'We're closer than we've ever been'. ๐ฅฐ
Communication is a great helper in human relationships, when you understand where everyone is coming from and what you need your relationship blossoms ๐ธ and its no different for our relationships with our animal companions.

One thing I've loved since starting animal communication is the change in the interactions I have with animals. Pets, birds, and insects will approach me, even when I'm not trying to communicate with them and seem very relaxed around me. I love being able to connect with animals like this and feel blessed to know that my presence doesn't disrupt or frighten them in any way. I hope they sense a kindred spirit ๐

My name is Amy, Iโm an Animal Communicator, Animal Carer, Holistic Therapist and Angelic Reiki Master Teacher from Scotland. My passion has always been about helping people and animals and that is exactly what Bee at Peace is all about.
The services that youโll find here are not only for you but also for animals in your life.
Animal Communication is a two way conversation between a person and an animal. An animalโs wisdom and the depth of their emotions shouldnโt be underestimated and animal communication allows us to hear what we already feel deep in our bones. However, there are occasions when we notice a difference in our animals and just canโt quite pinpoint the reason for this or sometimes we canโt pinpoint exactly what is wrong. They might be reacting differently to objects, situations or even food, things that previously would have hardly made them blink. They may just seem a little less like themselves. When you face an issue like this animal communication can help. By having a conversation with your animal, itโs possible to hear exactly what is happening with them, to establish how theyโre feeling about things in their life and to see if they would like any help or changes made to improve their situation. Not only can this help to resolve any concerns or problems, itโs giving an animal the chance to be heard which can be a huge relief for them. Animals have learnt to communicate with us as well as they can through sounds and actions but this doesnโt beat the chance to tell you something in their own words. If you would like to hear your animalโs perspective on their life or if you feel they need support but are unsure of exactly what they need then this telepathic form of communication can be the perfect helper.
Angelic Reiki can be very beneficial. Animalโs come from a place of heart and have superb instincts which are finely tuned. This combination makes animals highly aware of energy, making them very open to energy healings such as Angelic Reiki. Itโs great to watch an animal getting a treatment as they snuggle in to your hands and start to glow. Our beloved animals donโt just carry their own stresses and worries, they often try to carry ours too in an attempt to lessen our burdens. Like us, animals have physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies and like us these can become tired, have blocks and carry old energy which is why Angelic Reiki can benefits animals equally as much as humans.
I offer treatments that help sooth the soul and bring you back into balance so that you can be your very best self. When weโre in a calm, happy and balanced state our body can start to heal itself and we can see just how amazing we truly are!
Angelic Reiki is an energetic healing system that allow us to connect with our beautiful angels and channel their healing to us. The practitioner works as the middle man, the bridge that allows the angels healing to pass through. As a healer, you couldnโt ask for a better team to work with and as a recipient I would have to say this is one of the most loving and blissful treatments that Iโve ever had! It will leave you feeling supported, glowing and full of love.
The healing works at a deeper level, targeting the source of a problem rather than just the symptoms leading to longer term benefits and works on all of our energy bodies: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. There are no contraindications to this beautiful energetic healing, making it suitable for everyone, no matter what the health concern is or what medication is being taken. Even better, this wonderful treatment can be done at a distance, so you can relax at home while getting your healing.
If you think you would benefit from any of these treatments or if you have any questions please feel free to get in touch. Iโll do my very best to help you.
