Practicing and prepping Betsy for off lead. Utilising treats as a reinforcer for "checking in" behaviour. Positively reinforcing Betsy everytime she chooses to look at us. This helps to keep Betsy safe when offlead and under control. She's learning that looking to us is a fun thing to do. The use of treats will be watered down and replaced with affection but for initial training treats are a clear simple message. Also added a few recall practices you can see her excitement grow after a few repetitions, remember when ever your dog returns to you be positive. Whether they've instantly recalled or taken 5 minutes. Coming back to you should always be a good thing, never reprimanded.

I've had the pleasure of taking Jasmine for a few walks and she's an amazingly responsive and affectionate dog. She was eager to play and engage with me while also loving some fuss. Big Dogs ❤️
