This is Oil Seed R**e & is sold to our brother in law, who presses the seed to make the most beautiful, cold pressed rapeseed cooking oil!

Hello and welcome to our Petlets page

🐾 Petlets are a brilliant alternative to traditional cat litter or small animal bedding, they are eco-friendly, Scottish, easy to use & naturally effective.

🌾 Petlets are made from 100% wheat straw & pressed into small absorbent pellets, all here on our farm near Peterhead.

🌾We have grown Wheat on our family farm in Aberdeenshire for 3 generations, and it’s this beautifully golden Scottish wheat which is harvested, chopped & pressed to make our Straw Pellets.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿These little straw nuggets make an incredibly effective cat litter or small animal bed, while being exceptionally environmentally friendly, local & Scottish!

🌍Our wheat straw is a byproduct to the grains we sell to feed animals, so is a very carbon friendly way to produce a pet product. Our wheat is grown in the Aberdeenshire soil for 10 months, compared to the 10 years + it would take to grow a tree for many wood pellet alternatives.

💦The wheat straw is abit of a magician when it comes to absorbency, it can hold 4 times its own weight in water!
It’s also brilliant at absorbing smelly odours!

🌱Our Petlets are a 100% raw natural product which are chemical free, safe, & naturally hygienic, so they are perfect for every home.
