Hello everyone, I'm out of the salon now until Tuesday

Been a very hectic few weeks, both at home and in the salon and I'm feeling a little worse for wear.

Hopefully a good rest will see me right as rain again,

Awwwww, one thing I really try to encourage, is fur babies relaxing during, in-between and after a groom! Don't get me wrong, sometimes I get naughty or scared ones, or a combination and they need time out, because they're overwhelmed, but I like it once they get to the stage of trusting me and me trusting them, makes the whole grooming process WAYYYYYYY! WAY more enjoyable, for all involved 👏

Remember, if it’s too hot for your hands or your bare feet, then it’s too hot for their paw pads! ⚠️

If you’re unsure whether it’s okay to let your pet go for a walk on pavements, a simple way to test the temperature is by holding your bare skin on the tarmac for five seconds ⏱️

If you find it painful, then your pet will find it painful to walk on!

To protect your pet, it’s best to avoid walks during the hottest part of the day, which is usually between 8am and 6pm. If you can't safely exercise your dog, missing a day won't hurt.

Some cute little fur babies this week 😍 💕 sadly we had quite a few shave downs this week. So those aren't always the best to post, if your dog is overdue a groom, sadly sometimes this is unavoidable. And way kinder to the dog to clip the coat our rather than trying to brush out tight dreadlocks, please keep your grooms up to date 📅 😀!!
