Guys Iโ€™m sorting out Christmas appointments today if any of you need booked in please message me . Anyone that has no showed their last appointment will have their Christmas appointment automatically cancelled. I have to give priority to customers who are coming regularly I canโ€™t risk people not turning up for Christmas appointments . Itโ€™s the busiest time of the year ..

๐ŸŽ„Grooming times may overlap with other clients this December as Iโ€™m trying my best to fit everyone in . PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE SALON TO COLLECT IF I HAVENT CONTACTED YOU . This causes excitement and stress for your dog knowing you are there and I struggle to get the groom finnished which makes me run overtime for other clients.

๐ŸŽ„You have a 15-20 minute window to collect your dog when I contact you . I am not dog sitting this year I donโ€™t have the room nor the time to accommodate anyone wanting to go do Christmas shopping while their dog waits here . Please prioritise your dog there will be a late collection fee of 10ยฃ per 30 minutes late

๐ŸŽ„Absolutely no fleas PLEASE I have to close when thereโ€™s fleas this means all clients for the rest of the day have to be cancelled and I have no where else to fit anyone in itโ€™s already jam packed . If I find fleas on your dog the fee is ยฃ50-100 depending on what time of day your appointment is .. if itโ€™s in the morning and I have to close I have to cover my losses for the rest of the day which is nowhere near the cost of the flea fee .

๐ŸŽ„The noshow /late cancellation fee still stands as normal and will be charged automatically on Booksy . You must give 48hours for a reschedule or cancellation

๐ŸŽ„ please please PLEASE toilet your dog before coming . I spend so much time on a daily basis cleaning up ๐Ÿ’ฉand ๐Ÿ’งand it slows the whole day down

Hey guys just a reminder about my no show and cancellation policy .. Iโ€™m at the stage now where I have a book of unpaid invoices , people deleting card details off Booksy so they arenโ€™t charged , people ignoring the messages sent by my system about invoices. I cannot and will not re-book anyone back in until invoices / fees are paid every other groomer you go to will be the exact same even pets at home now take deposits and charge for no show/cancellation fees. I absolutely hate confrontation and I will not be chasing people anymore - my system will . I have enough anxiety as it is trying to run my business and service everyoneโ€™s most precious pets to make sure I offer the highest of services .. I am one โ˜๏ธ I do it all on my own , I have 3 kids and a house to run as well . Please have some understanding around this issue i work my days off to accommodate people and then I get let down . A lot of you can see what Iโ€™m trying to do with my business , Iโ€™m trying to provide you guys with a luxury experience for your pets thatโ€™s not just a basic grooming salon. I only book in one pet at a time to ensure my full attention is on your pet . Iโ€™m only able to do this with commitment from you to your appointment and respect for my time and my terms and conditions ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
