A bit if behind the scenes of my photography day out with the boys!! With a little training!
To be honest I didn't realise how good Loki is at waiting until I took this video to show Everyone.
What makes it even more amazing, I didn't realise till editing the photos that while Loki was ever so patiently waiting, he had a spider on his nose! I was going to edit this out but I think it adds character to the photo 😅
Today we did some stay, waits, scent work and go find tasks.
What was my expectation? I had zero I just wanted them to have fun and if I they did do any of these things that was a bonus.
If your dog can do simple sits waits and stays, touch and so on... out in different environments with distractions this is a massive win!
Start off mastering these things in the house in different rooms.
Next move to the garden once mastered with food and with out food, start to take this out of the house remember keep it simple start at the door, then footpath at the house or front garden if you have one. Then different places this may take a number of weeks to do and that's okay Rome wasn't built in a day. Remember to kept it calm and fun for you and your dog!!
