We have for a while now been fully booked at both shops for grooming appointments well into January already.

We are planning to open both shops on Sundays throughout December too to offer more appointments and so that staff are able to have the Xmas week off too.

As we are getting so many requests daily for appointments and long waiting lists online - if you haven’t managed to get an appointment yet please comment below on this post and we will offer the December appointments out based on a first come, first served basis - for current customers only.

Thank You again to everyone who has either come in to the shops or messsged sending well wishes for Toff and asking about her recovery.

She is slowly getting back to herself thankfully, we are very thankful to Purbrook Veterinary Practice Ltd to have her still with us and after two follow up visits she’s doing as well as could be expected.

We do also have news of a new addition to the Muttkuts family - 10 week old Goldendoodle Aurora “Rory”🩷 she has been helping Toff recover barely leaving her side and since having her Toff has got better each day too.

🎉 Reopening 🎉 For those who didn’t pick up on the teaser we posted out yesterday, Confirming the great news that Muttkuts will be reopening on 7th May 2020 (with restrictions in place) We’ve been closed for over 5 weeks already since March and followed all the guidelines set so feel we’ve more than done our bit and will put social distancing and handover procedures in place when reopening which will be explained when booking. We have had permission to be open for a while as groomers are not subject to closure under the coronavirus closure restrictions, Just felt that it would not be right to do so when everyone else had to remain closed. Grooms will take a little longer and the cleaning involved between grooms will mean less appointments will be available per day. As always it will be a first come first serve on appointments but would be quick as it will be incredibly busy with so many cancelled appointments to be rescheduled, But will offer everyone who contacts an appointment as soon as possible. Sounds really good to say I hope to be seeing lots of you and your wonderful dogs that i’ve missed incredibly very soon 🐾
