Caeser's story ⭐
Sometimes people find it difficult to understand why we do what we do, often believing their dogs fear of the vets to be a normal part of being a dog..
It's only when that fear escalates to the point a dog can't be treated or seen by a vet that we realise the massive impact this can have for you and your dogs receiving the care you both deserve!
Caeser 's mum realised this after poor Caeser had to have a third of his lung removed at a referral centre 🏨 due to a sudden collapsed lung.
After that stay, he was petrified of any and all vets and his mum started to panic.
She called us upset, struggling to believe we could ever help due to how severely Ceaser reacted towards vets and strangers...
Here's Caeser now! 2 years on, deciding he wasn't going for his walk tonight until he came in the vets to see if his friend was in!
Not to mention a few months prior managing to have a vet visit without Katie, a muzzle or premed and enjoying fusses and treats with the vet!
Something his guardian thought was beyond achievable!
Here are her lovely comments about our sessions.
"I have been attending confidence clinics with my two siberian huskies for some years. Caesar was terrified, anxious and scared about walking into a Vets due to the trauma he had gone through with before.
Katie has turned Caesar round that much I now only have to say Katie's name he is so excited and howls all the way to the confidence clinic with joy that he is seeing Katie.
He could not be approached without feeling anxious and now he is calm and happy to go to the vets and to be touched , I cannot thank Katie and the team enough."

We had so much fun last night at our second puppy practical session of our January group! They all did so amazing ❤️ we had so much fun we forgot to film! 🤦🏻♀️
So instead, we thought we'd share our confidence clinics absolutely smashing their sessions yesterday!
The beautiful red setter Riva has come so far from being traumatized as a pup due to a very terrible vet visit at a young age. This made her sensitive to touch with anyone, pessimistic to novelty and terrified of the vets in general. She is now waiting in reception, walking happily into the consult room and allowing Katie to touch her, even with a scary stethoscope!
And the second pup in the video is our gorgeous kelpie Maple! She struggles meeting new people and gets worried, so Natalie is helping them use different techniques to make greeting people a fun thing to do ⭐⭐ and learning a life skill at the same time!

Meet our September puppy 🐶 group! We think they're all adorable 😍
Our 4th puppy the gorgeous River.. is an anxious girl, finding new people and environments unsettling causing her to want to flee 💨.
Through offering her space and time ⏳️ to acclimatise and process, she was able to relax and enjoy her puppy classes😊 and is coming on leaps and bounds with her confidence to interact.
So much so, during her final session she was even brave enough to interact with the other puppies in the group and made positive associations with the other humans too😲.
Here she is using her favourite tool, the scratchboard. Nails will never be an issue for this little lady! 💅🏻
