As many of you know Annie’s mega dream dream is to own an ice cream van. As parents we are trying to facilitate this as it’s a great future for Annie and achievable, will give her the best life ever. It will also be giving back to the community by giving free ice creams to hospitals, schools, nursing home, whoever the public think deserves an ice cream. Please help her achieve this if you can. Well. Where do we start. What a few weeks. As many of you know ow Annie’s been very very poorly this year. After the amazing dog show things went a little downhill to say the least. As always Annie has battled hard and through it all it’s always been the dogs that have kept her going. She spent a while in Manchester hospital and has a journey still ahead. However this hasn’t stopped her planning the upcoming Christmas boxes, advent calendars and even talks about the next dog show. Watch out. She’s keen to show you all. What I’ve learnt as her mum is that every single day is so precious. Hug the ones you love and make today count. Oh and give your dogs a squeeze too. Oh and one of Annie’s Christmas boxes 🐕 🎅 🗃️

Apologies for the long silence after the dog show. As some of you know ow Annie’s been very poorly. Today she was well enough for trip over to see the support dogs at work whilst we dropped off the amazing amount of money raised at Barklife Beers and bangers dog show. A massive thanks to every single one of you who donated. Big or small, shared her posts and generally spurred her on. It really meant the world to her. It’s also made a huge difference to someone life with the help of training a support dog. The total was £1686.29. Here’s to next year, what you think? Barklife part 2? We’ve learnt from the last one and the next will be even better!! Thanks to the amazing for letting Annie have her dream come true. We love you.

Hey little update on the legend that is Annie P. She has so much more colour in her face after her transfusion earlier in the week. Still very tired. We’ve had some laughs today which is good for the soul. She’s desperate to get home to her animals and big comfy bed. Waiting on a plan from Manchester if her bloods have stayed stable or even better improved. Still feel a little lost on the future, my heads a little scrambled and swear I’ve aged 10 years. One day at a time. Thanks so much for all your messages. Annie’s seen every one. Grateful for all the out pour of support. Love Annie mum xx

Hi all. Sorry for the silence after the dog show. We’ve still to drop the donation off at As you know Annie battled through the dog show after being unwell. She’s took knock after knock these past few months. Actually years. This time it’s hit hard. We’d been hoping for a magic cure, sadly not just yet. We are waiting on specialist in Manchester and Liverpool to what we can do moving forward. Probably the worst I’ve seen Annie. I won’t go into too much because at the minute no one really is sure what’s going on. Little bolt came for a cuddle.

Today’s the day!!! Annie’s been singing the final countdown endlessly. Please come along. It’s a beautiful day, plenty of adorable pooches to see, amazing array of local businesses. 2 days to go. The classes are all set and prize bags all organised. Itinerary for the day is all lined up. £2 per dog per class. All proceeds going to charity. Amazing prize bags for the winners of each class. (We have various size dog beds. LickiMats may vary) . Even goodie bags for 2nd and 3rd. We are lucky to be joined on Saturday by two amazing dog groomers. Amy from The Canine Barbers. Amy has a wealth of knowledge in the dog grooming world not only grooming dogs privately, she also mentors other people to start their amazing businesses. One of Amy’s protégés, Suzanne from Furstyle Pet Grooming and Pet Services. Suzanne is a multi award winning creative groomer. Check out her page to see some of her amazing work. Both Amy and Suzanne will be offering nail clips, face and paw tidies on the day. Also they will be demonstrating grooms too. Great to come and see. May even tempt you into a career change.
