My Christmas diary is now open. My last working day will be Friday the 22nd of December. Last year my appointments booked up very fast! I also won’t be doing many slots on the weekends this year due to childcare.

Due to the demand I had last year I don’t have time for no shows as it is super busy and these slots are very limited. Because of this I will be taking deposits for anyone that wants to book a December appointment in advance. Appointments won’t be confirmed until the deposit is paid. Deposits will be non refundable as this will cover a cost of the appointment lost if people need to cancel. I hope everyone can understand.

This little beauty came for her first ever groom yesterday! She needed taking right down and starting fresh! She was so well behaved considering it’s all new to her! Next time I’ll be able to fluff her out and leave her longer 🥰

As of today I will no longer be giving a set price for a groom dependent on breed.

Same breed dogs vary so much in size , coat condition etc that more often than not the time taken to groom varies massively.

The price for each groom will take all of the above into account plus an added fee for severe matting as this again is very time consuming to rectify.

I will contact you prior to your groom if your groom charge is to be increased.

I hope everyone can understand with the cost of inflation.
