Who remembers seeing this little one all over Facebook last week? 🫣 I knew then that we were at a turning point because I was able to show him trust!
Today marked our third visit, and he was off-leash, playing like a completely different dog! I am overjoyed for Tyler. He came to me after spending time with behavioural experts, and he was terrified, anxious, and incredibly fearful.

After just three walks at Harry's, I am amazed by the transformation in his confidence. He is now playbowing, displaying a relaxed body posture, and is fantastic with everyone we met. He's truly a happy, carefree pup! This experience has made my day!

It's essential to remember that not all behavioural work suits every breed. Understanding a dog's unique needs and encouraging them within the right environment is crucial for fostering their confidence and happiness.

Dear followers
I don't often share my thoughts like this, but today I feel compelled to speak up.

Remember the first lockdown? Then the second? By the time the third came around, many of us faced our own unique challenges—be it financial strain, loneliness, cramped living conditions, or strained relationships. Whatever the struggle, we all endured tough times during those lockdowns. This reflection has made me think deeply about our dogs, who, for some, spend their entire lives in a form of lockdown. It breaks my heart to realize that we sometimes treat our pets like prisoners.
Many people believe that dogs don’t need daily walks or outings, but I urge you to reconsider. While a day of rest can be beneficial, getting out with your dog doesn’t always have to involve strenuous exercise. Simply enjoying a change of scenery—sitting quietly together, having a picnic, exploring a new place, or even stopping by a café—can make a world of difference for your furry friend. Just like us, dogs thrive on new experiences.
They have shorter lives than we do and rely entirely on us for their care, companionship, and love. They cannot advocate for themselves, so it’s our responsibility to let them be the dogs they are meant to be. Pay attention to their body language, understand what motivates them, and provide them with the right nutrition to support their health and well-being
The bond we share with our dogs is incredibly special—one of the most rewarding relationships we can have. Be there for them as they are for you. If you ever seek advice or support regarding your pet, I’m here to be their voice.
