Roll up roll up, would anybody like a nice clean dog on Sunday (7th April)? I'm putting on a charity dog wash day, with a minimum donation for a wash and dry of ONLY £10.

All donations will go toward Helen's Greek Strays car fund so that Helen can get back up onto the roads and carry on feeding the strays.

When Murphy first arrived, as you can see he was a little unsure of his surroundings. After chatting for a while, a nice groom, and maybe a few treats 😁 he was feeling much better. Such a handsome boy! 😍😍

Addie popped in for a groom and matt removal in a few areas. She is a Tabby Point Ragdoll, such pretty markings and paticularly liked to use her open crate for comfort during the groom 🥰

Allow me to introduce Roxy and Ruby 🥰 They are such characters and they bring a joy to the salon. ⭐️They are a rare breed called Coton De Tulear, originally from Madagascar. They are like balls off coton wool running around 😁 They remind me of watching Dougal from Magic Roundabout as a child❤️

This is gorgeous Lykrysh, he is a Seal Point Ragdoll. His owner sadly passed away and his new owners wanted a fresh start as his fur was pelted 🥺. He was such a patient boy whilst his fur was gently removed and he was given a Lion Cut. 🦁Now he will be more comfortable ❤️

⚠️ Possible Hemlock ⚠️

We are aware of reports circulating social media of Hemlock Water Dropwort Roots having washed up on the small side of Aberavon Beach.

We would urge dog owners to be extra vigilant and not touch these roots.

The plant is more referred to as Poisonous Parsnips or Dead Man's Fingers. They are common along parts of the UK coastline. However, the Roots, which look similar to Parsnips, are extremely toxic to both animals and humans.

If you think your dog may have come into contact or ingested any Poisonous Parsnips, it is advised to seek veterinary assistance as soon as possible.

This is 5 month old Freddie, he came to visit for a wash and trim and found it all a bit tiring. There's nothing nicer that feeling clean and relaxed and then having a snooze 🥰 Such a gorgeous boy! 💙

I had the pleasure of grooming this pair of beauties recently. 😍 They are brother and sister 5 month old Boerboels. They are a South African breed, used as a family and livestock guard dog. Needless to say, I felt well protected from the local Lion population that day! 😉They went home clean and fresh smelling after lots of dirty walks! 🥰

This is Prince! Before he came to visit his Dad explained that Prince was rescued he and had spent a year building Prince's confidence. We came up with a plan to put him at ease during the groom and his dad slept in this shirt the night before, so Prince had the comfort of his Dad's smell for the time he was with me. It worked! Have you ever seen a princelier looking Prince? 😍

Betsy is a beautiful Long Haired rescue.
Her owner contacted me as Betsy won't allow any grooming and had been regularly anesthatized by the vet to de matt. When she arrived everything was taken in a slow and calm manner and Betsy and I If managed to work together to achieve a lion cut and remove all her matts. This was a comfort rather than a beauty groom. So happy to see her taking treats at the end 🥰
