Newest addition 🥹
Two nights ago i picked up a little feral kitten from the road side in GlenHelen. Looking to be around 10 weeks old, full of worms & fleas, she was meant to be dropped straight to the MSPCA!
Well, she’s still with me 3 nights later and her confidence is growing on each feed🐾
As much as I am not meant to be keeping her, I don’t think I can let her go now!!
do we have any name suggestions?
Considering she wouldn’t let me anywhere near her 48 hours ago, we are making progress!!

Spending my lunchtime with little kipper over the last 3 weeks has been such a delight. Due to kipper only being a little 7 week old kitten when his humans first got him, they wanted to make sure he was getting enough stimulation throughout the day, whilst they were at work and of course lots of cuddles.
Watching kipper grow from a 7 week old little kitten has been such a lovely experience. Seeing how much his confidence has grown & his little personality has come through has been lovely.

Welcoming the most gentle girl Willow 🐾
Willow is a older cat at the age of 15. After having a consultation with Willows humans and learning that she is completely deaf, I went home and started my research. The majority of deaf cats use vibrations & touch to communicate and observe. I knew that it was very important for Willow to sense that I was no threat and that she could relax around me.
Willow was fast asleep when I came for her first visit this morning. Instead of calling her or making a noise to let her know I’m here. I sat on the end of the bed, so knew I was there, offered up some dreamies (always works!) and we then had the loveliest visit, with plenty of cuddles, chin tickles and even a little brush down.
Willow is a complete pleasure & im so glad I can be her Nanny whilst her humans are away 🐾
So it’s an official welcome to #TCNC to Miss Willow

The Cat Lounge
Worried about leaving your cat at home but don’t want to leave them in a cattery?
The Cat Nanny can provide a home from home stay here at The Cat Lounge. The Cat Lounge is a large insulated living room based in the center of my garden. With the added benefit of sofas, TV, toys, cat towers, tunnels, fluffy cat beds, scratch posts, heating, electric (no added charge) and the best of all a Catio.
Our Catio provides a safe outdoor space with large branches to give a outdoor feeling. Plenty of space to stretch those paws and watch all the wildlife throughout the day 🦅 🦔
If your fur baby stays with us at The Cat Lounge they will be visited regularly throughout the day. Starting from 7am till 11pm. They will have breakfast, lunch and tea and have plenty of attention & affection throughout their stay.
We can only take 1 household at a time and DO NOT mix cats from different households. After every stay The Cat Lounge is completely stripped down and cleaned to be ready for our next guest.
Prices:
1 cat = £30 per night
2 cats = £35 per night
3 cats = £40 per night
No added fee for over 3 cats 🐾 Free pick up & drop off service provided for all stays.
All we require is their food to be provided, we will provide the rest! 😉
As you can see below, our current guest Nugget is very settled and really loving his stay with us. We provide patience to shy, anxious or timid cats. We also provide lots of attention to those more energetic and confident cats.

A typical morning as The Cat Nanny 🐾
I thought I would be a nice idea to show you all what a typical morning as a cat sitter looks like! Extremely hard to cram it all into 3 minutes but with so many sweet little faces to show, I think it turned out well!
Today’s morning visits were Gizmo, Buddy, Webster, Snok , Snurkel, Maisie, Sandy, Salin, Harvey, Tilly & Rocky.

Welcoming back the cutest little house Panther, India!
This is my third time looking after India since we launched. she spotted me walking through the front door and ran over to greet me 🥺 This is exactly what I aim to achieve when building a relationship with my furry customers🐾
Having that 1-1 time really does make such a difference. For anxious cats it can be a time where they learn to trust and become comfortable with their cat sitter. For more confident cats it’s a whole visit of playtime & cuddles (if that’s what they like)!
India has taught me so much since first launching. She was one of my first customers and taught me how important it is so be patient and observant.
I am so happy to be looking after little India again! We are going to have lots of fun! 🐱
