All pets are handled with patience and understanding, regardless of I am Donna, the owner of Coonan Pampered Pets.

It is a very daunting experience leaving your pet for the first time with a stranger. I for one totally understand, so here is a little bit about myself to reassure you that your pet is in safe hands. I opened Coonan Pampered Pets in 1996, first in Mitcham and then Merstham. Certificates in: Animal Care

City and Guilds (London Academy of Grooming)
Diploma in Animal Psychology O.A Dip. Diploma in Canine Psychology and Behaviour
Canine Communication

I have had experience in other animal professions: Veterinary practices, the RSPCA and Boarding Kennels and Cattery; where they incorporated a dog/cat grooming business and where I spend 5 years. This is a quotation from the manageress, Maureen, (who at the time worked for the kennels; now owner of Pooch Parlour) 'We were all sad to see her leave. I for one have seen many staff come and go, and I felt particularly sad to see this work colleague "move on". I considered her my equal and her care for the animals is something that has to be seen to be appreciated and I have rarely said that about any of my work colleagues. She will be greatly missed'. I have owned and still have many animals - ranging from the smallest - guinea pigs,rabbits, cats to the biggest - German Shepherds. My commitment to my pets is extremely important to me. I do my up most to keep them safe, to exceed a happy and healthy life no matter what disabilities or hurdles they may encounter in their life. I will only deal with the best vets when it comes to one of my fury friends. Therefore, any animal that steps in to my parlour is treated as one of my own; I would not have it any other way.

We are not asking, we are begging to anyone with information about Buddy & Daisy to please do the right thing & speak to us IN CONFIDENCE/ANONYMOUSLY .

If you have acquired them in good faith , one or both and do not want to speak to or message anyone please just take them to a Vets, You won't have to give your details .

Buddy is getting elderly , Daisy has sight issues and they will both be very scared and missing their family . PLEASE LET THEM HOME

COCO, an EXTREMELY NERVOUS small dog, escaped from her sitter’s home in Redhill on 25th July 2026. She has been sighted and could be injured 😭

COCO is NOT to be approached - she will bolt - but needs to calm and settle for either her owner to secure her, or to be safely trapped.
