This is just a reminder that as of NOW, the fresha app has been closed, and I will not be taking bookings via it. If you make an appointment through it, I can not honour it as I am now working directly from a diary in the salon and am booked into February. Thank you for your help and understanding on this. Edit: you may get a cancellation notice from the app, do not panic as I believe I've spoken to everyone i need to about moving your appointments

Moving forward, I will no longer be using the online system, back to good old pen and paper!! Deposits will still be required to secure the booking. All currently booked appointments stand but I will not be using the system moving forward. Please if you can book before you leave the salon to avoid disappointment. 😘

My apologies for anyone booked in this week, not long got home from minor injuries, turns out I've fractured my elbow and lots of soft tissue damage. I will definitely not be grooming this week. I think I've messaged everyone to postpone and I will get everyone back in ASAP. Thank you for your kindness and patience ❤️❤️
