💪 It might be November and the days are shorter but winter training is well underway here! Supporting clients and their horses with their goals is an important part of our livery offering and today was a fun one with lots of the good stuff achieved 🌟

🧡 I was lucky enough to take the lovely Ed for a spin for @grace_twist as well which he loved and hopefully keeps him entertained and ready for her to enjoy for training at the weekend
🍑 we are so spoilt to have exceptional going on the XC at this time of year at home so @alysenmiller took her sassy ginger for a play on the grass and they had a great time
So lucky to have such lovely clients and horses and really glad myself and the team can help keep the wheels rolling when people have so much to juggle.

Grateful for another step back up to advanced @ecastonlewalls with this boy, it’s taken two years since the last go and a few hurdles along the way 🤪 but we got there! Three good phases with plenty to improve on and I think we both knocked a little rust off today 🙌

I had a ball with this one on Friday around the 3* at Aston. He’s such a pro at his job now it’s a real pleasure 🖤
In particular I was really pleased with his dressage as it’s taken a while to get things heading back in the right direction after his list of various ailments 🤪. He jumped a good showjumping round with one rub and then cruised around xc. So lovely to have this @horseandcountrytv footage to go back over 🤩

This cracking mare has come in to us to be sold… today we took her up to the xc for a play and she was absolutely super. She has competed up to BE100 with a teenager and never had a xc penalty, snaffle mouthed and forward yet adjustable she is basically a lot of fun! We are planning on competing her in the Hunter trial at the weekend and a full ad will follow but for anyone looking for a brilliants amateurs/teenagers/grassroots horse this lovely 16h 11yo mare might just be the one, drop me a message!
A little under a year ago I had a bit of a funny five minutes at Pau and bought a horse in the auction with a good friend🤪 Totally unscripted, unplanned and with a risky lack of due diligence, what could go wrong?! Everyone assumed we had had too much to drink, but no, I was early days pregnant 😂 What better time to buy a just backed unknown entity four year old that I then couldn’t sensibly sit on for a good nine months…?!
The good news is she’s bloody amazing! She’s had a quiet year ticking away at home and today went out for a jump around somewhere else and was just foot perfect. Maybe crazy auction buys are the way forwards! Emily has done a super job with her, I think she’s going to be pretty sad as I am slowly prising her back 🤩
So happy to be back in the ring with Lennox 🖤. After a couple of ring rusty rounds on Tuesday we started to get back in our groove today with an improved double clear and in the money in the foxhunter first thing this morning at Hickstead. Plenty of work to do on my side still but every week feels a little bit stronger and I’m looking forward to our first event back in august 💪

Babies day out today schooling @pyecombeshows. Check out how brave our four year olds were…?! First time jumping water trays for all three and they were absolute pros, cold and windy and they were immaculately behaved on and off the truck. So satisfying giving them these good experiences that they can build on going forwards. Great job Sophie and @jessebrown.x on giving them such positive rides 🙌🌟🤩👌

Thrilled with how Lennox jumped today at Burnham Market doing his first 4*. He very much enjoyed jumping in front of a crowd in the sunshine! He was less impressed that I called it a day and drove him home after… with him missing a bit of work over the last few weeks and a strong course I decided to wait for another day 🖤😎🤩

A slightly feral and spicy Lennox today for his first run of the season at Tweseldown. He normally comes out like this and then gets more manageable for the next so let’s hope that’s the case! He did jump a lovely double clear though and felt great 🖤💥🌟
