The amount of clients coming thinking I’ve got other peoples puppies here & having a shock when I say they are mine is unreal.
So I thought I’d have u all meet my 2 babies Pennie & Parker.
17 weeks old tomorrow & don’t we know we’ve got them, they are loved so much by us & everyone that meets them 😍🥰
Can’t believe we’ve had them in our lives for almost 9 weeks already!

⚠️ Possible Hemlock ⚠️

We are aware of reports circulating social media of Hemlock Water Dropwort Roots having washed up on the small side of Aberavon Beach.

We would urge dog owners to be extra vigilant and not touch these roots.

The plant is more referred to as Poisonous Parsnips or Dead Man's Fingers. They are common along parts of the UK coastline. However, the Roots, which look similar to Parsnips, are extremely toxic to both animals and humans.

If you think your dog may have come into contact or ingested any Poisonous Parsnips, it is advised to seek veterinary assistance as soon as possible.

PLEASE READ ALL REGARDING POLICY UPDATE & PRICE INCREASES

Grooming policy at Fluffy’s Dog Grooming is as follows -

Please arrive on time for your appointments. If any later than 15 minutes your appointment will not go ahead but the full appointment fee will need to be paid before any future appointments.

Any appointments that need to be cancelled will need to be done with at least 48 hours notice or the appointment will need to be paid in full before any future appointments. This also applies to no shows.

If you have made any future appointments in advance the next appointment will not go ahead until the late attendance or late cancellation appointment is paid in full. This needs to be paid within 48 hours or all future appointments will be cancelled.

If your dog is matted this will incur an additional charge of £10 due to the wear on blades. You will be informed on drop off or if discovered whilst the groom is taking place you will receive a text or phone call to inform you.

Please check your dog for fleas & ticks before EVERY appointment. If your dog does have fleas/ticks there is an additional charge to cover the disinfectant process.
Again you will be informed of this via text or phone call.

Due to product price increases, increase in bills etc there will be a price increase as of December 1st 2023.
This may not affect some as some clients are already at the correct price.
The cost of the dogs grooms will be changed in accordance of a number of factors, for example- time they take, their behaviour (this maybe an additional cost at the end of their groom & may not of already been discussed due not knowing the dogs behaviour until the groom takes place), coat texture as this blunts blades, etc.
The increase isn’t a set increase on all dogs so the increase is going to vary to each individual dog.
Don’t hesitate to ask if this price increase will affect you. Just send me a message & I will get back to you asap.
