Throughout February I will be treating all my Furry friends to a luxurious Love potion facial and conditioning shampoo followed by a spritz of Candy hearts pawfume 💕

I will also have a selection of Handmade heart bows available for sale at £2 each 😍

Hi Everyone 👋

It's great to be back in the Salon looking after all my furry friends again ❤️ it's been a busy few weeks and I can't believe we are at the end of January already 🫣

Just afew polite reminders ...

🐾 Please make sure you book you're furry companions next appointment in advance.
February appointments are fully booked. limited appointments available in March.

🐾 Time keeping - you all know me by now and I run a very tight schedule 📅 so please can you drop off & collect your furry companions on time. This helps my day run as smoothly as possible 😊

🐾 Cancellations / no show Policy - I require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange appointments. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours will require full payment before any future appointments can be made.

🐾 Toileting - Please ensure your dog has been given the opportunity to go to the toilet before arriving at the salon, so we can keep the Salon as clean and fresh as possible for you and other clients.

🐾 New Furry Clients - I appreciate everyone who has reached out to me in the past few months/weeks/days. unfortunately I'm still unable to take on any new furry clients at the moment Im sorry 😔 I'm still working at full capacity. Soon as I'm able to I will let you all know 🫶 thankyou for your understanding 🙏

Wow I'm so proud to be awarded 1st Prize this year for the Best Christmas Business Window display by Rhuddlan Town Council 👏 🥰
Thankyou so much it means alot and my prize winnings have been donated to our local Pet welfare foodbank 🐾

Honestly I'm so overwhelmed by everyone's comments on my window display not just at Christmas but throughout the year ❤️
With the help of my furry friends I get to spread some joy & happiness which is amazing 🫶

I would like to wish all of my customers, the local community and local businesses that work along side me a Wonderful Christmas 🎄

Thankyou to everyone who kindly donated to my Santa paws Appeal 🎅🐾 These donations will be going over on Monday to support our Local Pet food Bank and will provide the much needed support to our local community 🥰

We are now closed until the 7th January. I will be taking this time to enjoy the festivites with my family 🎅🎁🎉

It's extremely busy in the Salon at the moment! Early morning starts and late finishes to get all your amazing furry family members looking and feeling great for Santa Paws 😍
Please remember to arrive on your scheduled time not before and collect on time also 🐾
This is to ensure appointments run smoothly throughout the day.

Please can I Ask for your patience and understanding if you are waiting on a reply for any future appointments 🙏
Unfortunately I'm trying my best to work through all my admin but it's taking a little longer than usual 🫣

We are so busy now in the run up to Christmas. Please make sure you're showing up ON TIME for appointments and also for pick ups, if you're unsure of your appointment time please send me a message to reconfirm ⏰️

We are doing a donation box this year to help support our local Pet food bank for owners and animals in need 🫶 the cost of living crisis means this service is more in demand than ever!
People need their pets for comfort and companionship, but are struggling to afford to feed themselves, let alone there pets 😞 these charities are there to help and save pets from being rehomed ❤️

⚠️Important Update on dog grooming prices..

Due to increasing business costs. I will be making some adjustments to my dog grooming service prices starting from 7th January 2025.
This change is necessary due to significant increases in running costs.
If you'd like to know your New price going forward? please don't hesitate to contact me otherwise it will be reflected at your first appointment of the year 🐾

I sincerely value your custom and appreciate your loyalty. Please rest assured, I make every effort to keep prices reasonable while maintaining the high-quality service you and you dog deserve. If you have any questions or concerns about this change, feel free to get in touch 🐾
