There’s enough to make a second dog, having freed all that dead build up of coat this will help Tasha feel cooler and more comfortable allowing air to pass through coat 🐾

I was warned by his owners that he’s aggressive and really doesn’t like to be groomed and the same at home.
The first session with him was to remove all matting and he was muzzled and honestly he just wanted to eat me, it was a long session giving him breaks and to make sure that the process remained safe for both myself and the dog.
The second session was a bath and tidy up. This session started with a bite thankfully wasn’t a bad one but the attempt was made, but time,patience and reassurance that grooming isn’t one that he needs to fear so when I was able to get the footage of him allowing me to touch and comb him with no muzzle was a big achievement for us both.
Still a long way to go and it doesn’t mean guards are dropped but with a plan in place to help grooming at home become easier and regular sessions in the grooming environment we can continue to take steps in the right direction 🥰🐾
