A fab weekend for Bramble,

First of to local NoStress dressage Saturday for some personal best scores and placing 1st/3rd in the intro/prelim sections.

Secondly we attended the NFPEC Show at New Park, a very wet day ended in good spirits with the brilliant 4yo stallion Bramble. Can’t thank Sally Anne Pierson enough for taking him in to his first NPS ridden classes schooling him round for experience, but to come out with the results we did, as a team we’re over the moon with this novice boy.
Lots to come from this little stallion in the future!

PUREWELL STUD IS BACK FOR 2022!

Due to a Personal illness, we stopped breeding and owning New Forest ponies a number of years ago, however after owning my Stallion for the past year and a half and having a brilliant show season in 2021, we also decided to go back to breeding. We have 2 beautiful mares who have now been tested in foal, so a big thanks to Alan at Celtic Equine Vets for all the help.

Brambles first crop will be due April/May and will tentatively be available late 2022.

We at Purewell Stud encourage healthy breeding of this beautiful breed and both mares have passed the PSSM1 testing, so offspring will be cleared by parentage.

Our Mares - 12yo Chestnut by Oak Dene Red Alert and secondly 5yo Grey by Farriers Fingerprint.

We look forward to welcoming the first HOME BRED Purewell foals in the coming months.

Brambles Stud duties will continue this year, so please any enquiries, pop a message along to this page.

We welcome any Purewell Pony owners to like and share any updates of their ponies to this page, we would be delighted to see how they are getting on!!
