DAY CARE
You drop off in the morning and collect in the evening (times must be agreed.) Our morning walk is scheduled between 8.30am and 10.30 am, so please stick to drop off times or let us know asap if you are having difficulties. Our afternoon walk is scheduled between 3.30pm and 4.30pm. If your dog requires feeding during the day, please supply a month's worth of food in a labelled container. We do not require bowls. Medications must also be labelled and instructions recorded on your Client Record. If we are fully booked, we can sometimes arrange to add an extra dog to our walking schedule so please enquire. HOLIDAY CARE
Please check your dates when you book. If you are travelling early in the morning, you will need to drop of the night before. Likewise, if you are returning after 7pm, you will need to collect the following day. Boarding dogs follow the same schedule as Day Care with all care instructions recorded on the Client Recorded. An extra walk is included in the evening, followed by a visit to the garden before bedtime.
******** We are a home boarding service, not a kennels, and so our daily schedule depends on our family routines and commitments. We must agree and stick to drop off and collection times, and if there is a problem, you must let us know or instruct your emergency contact. ******
******** An extra charge may be incurred if the agreed drop off and collection times are not adhered to ********
